We booked 2 rooms at Damodardham and overall experience was not great at all with following reasons. 1. Lift can stop anytime and very poorly maintained . No standard service scheduled for lifts and emergency button even not working. 2. Rooms were not cleaned. You can see spider Web everywhere. 3.Toilets and washbasin looks like never cleaned with chemicals lot of yellow spots everywhere 4. Geasers were faulty while room were allocated and need to request multiple times to fixed 5. Bedside lamps are not there and it is open and live electricity as well which is very dangerous and hazardous. 6. bathrooms exhaust fans do not work and in of the bathroom exhaust fan was burnt and not repaired at all the whole ceiling was black Overall property location is good but very poorly maintained and lack of respects towards visitors. Charges are high but service ans cleanliness is zero. Have dropped written complaint as well but no response from management.

One of the most unhygienic places to stay, 1. The flooring of the rooms seems to be never washed. 2. The staff is rude and unfriendly 3. There are water leakage in the bathrooms 4. Lift doesn't work well 5. Doormats and bathroom mats are never changed

Except for the convenient location nearby the temple this place is now completely spoiled by the temple board management. They have continuously kept on increasing the rates of the rooms by continuously downgrading the quality of living. CP and sanitary fittings are not working properly. Exhaust fans are not working. Cleanliness is at toss. Compared to the rates charged the place has not remained value for money. It has only a location advantage. I also know this review will not affect the management in any case.

Stayed here for two days. Three star category buildings are wasted under temple management authority. They don't bother to maintain such classic property. There was paste in rooms at 5th floor sealing but no one took care. They kept water jugg in room but didn't even know when did they changed the water from it last time. They don't clean the rooms or bathrooms or toilets. There is nothing like room service. Such beautiful property is in wrong hands.

Rooms are excellent..but the service is so poor...When you Complaint regarding something they will teach you how to use it because they think we are not that much capable that we can use it at our home...just useless answers not accepting their fault.... We are going there to relax not to do maintenance

Damodar dham hotel is managed by temple board. The location of hotel is good in the market & near the temple ( walking distance) . The rooms are good & spacious. The staff is friendly & cooperative.

We were to check in at 2:30pm but we got late and reached at 3:30pm... Still the room wasn't cleaned, the bathroom was OKish, wash basin was dirty. Had to call room service multiple times just to get the wash basin cleaned. Still they didn't clean the room. They did provide a small soap bar and towels upon request. The only advantage is Mandir is in walking distance from here. Hence 2 star for location. Else this room is not worth the time and money.

Giving it one star because room was not cleaned and maintained. Bathroom and toilet wasn't cleaned. Bedsheets not changed and no any bath soaps or towels provided and we had to ask for it. Otherwise, location is good and walking distance to temple.

This place used to be best place in area a few years back. Rooms are spacious but not at all maintained. Shower not working in the bathroom, door of bathroom broken, flush of toilet not properly working. I was there for 24 hours only but in the time being had to call thrice for maintenance and repairs.

Strategically located, just 100 meters from the holy temple of Lord Shrinathji. Initially we'll constructed, now poorly maintained. Even public toilets near the reception have gone dirty. Sad for such prime property to be such ill maintained.

Rooms are very spacious but need continuous maintenance. The know people have to stay as there is a perfect location in the market and it is in the mandir trust.

Well all this 3 stars are based on the costing at which rooms are given and not at all for service. Few things I will clear which will clear your misunderstandings. 1. It's not a hotel like 3 star or anything so don't expect any room services. Main thing is there is no such thing at all like room service as you can't call reception anyway. Only number you have there is for calling for tea and coffee which can take upto a hour to come. Better go to ground and get in 5 mins. 2. Don't expect change in bedsheets towels soap or anything if you are staying for more than 1 day. 3. If something is not working leave it they won't repair anything anyway. 4. Enjoy room sizes not beds. They are local kind of things. 5. Opt for suits and rooms have gotten too dirty. Maim conclusion is it's better than new cottage but no better than a modern Dharamshala.

Bed sheets , cover sheets towels are hopeless. We used our own as we took with us. No maintainable of bathrooms , jet, water in bathroom, wash basins, very very poorly maintained. No daily cleaning of rooms. I will not prefer it for next stay

Very good place to live in Nathdwara. Also New cottage is good. But, when I saw the difference between these two hotels. I was surprised. Damodar dham has VIP rooms. And these VIP rooms are just so much good. Thank you for watching and reading my review.
