absolutely
good
until
I
faced
this
issue.
It
was
my
fault
that
by
mistake
I
chose
the
wrong
date
while
booking.
As
I
reached
hotel
I
realised
the
date
of
booking
was
wrong.
I
asked
for
the
support
from
hotel
manager,
he
said
we
can't
do
anything.
I
talked
to
MMT,
they
dropped
an
email
to
Hotel
but
no
support
&
help.
I
understand
policy
of
business
but
we
should
support
customer
for
service
they
didn't
take.
It's
the
world
of
digital
revolution,
customer
deserve
to
get
money
back
if
misfortune
happened.
