friend
father
was
admitted
on
7/9/2020
in
Hope
Hospital
at
3
pm
,
he
was
having
some
problem
while
breathing
his
oxygen
level
was
80.
They
demanded
1
lakh
before
admission,
we
paid
50
thousand
and
treatment
was
started.
He
was
recovering
good,
DR
Roshan
was
doing
the
diagnosis
informed
us
that
he
is
suffering
from
pneumonia
but
they
didn't
told
us
that
patient
was
covid
postive
as
they
tested.
On
daily
basis
we
were
talking
to
our
patient,
he
was
felling
very
good
he
only
complained
about
food
and
cleanliness.
On
13/9/2020
at
7
am,
doctor
called
his
son
Rajat
and
told
that
he
fell
in
bathroom
floor
his
Blood
sugar
got
low
and
he
is
on
ventilator.
At
9:30
am
doctors
again
contact
us
and
said
your
father
is
no
more,
we
gave
two
shock
to
him
but
still
we
couldn't
save
him.
They
generated
the
bill
of
1,51,000
and
said
pay
the
bill
and
take
the
body.
But
we
insisted
to
pay
the
bill
as
we
wanted
to
talk
to
the
doctor
face
to
face
and
take
the
clearity.
After
4-5
hrs
doctor
came
and
bouncer
allowed
only
three
person
to
talked
to
Dr
Roshan
and
manager
sooraj
was
present,
our
questions
were
1)
what
was
the
treatment
given
to
patient?
2)
Is
covid
test
was
done?
3)
What
happened
on
13/9/2020
morning
we
want
to
see
the
CCTV
footage
from
8:30-9:30
am?
Justification
given
by
Sooraj
and
Dr
Roshan
1)They
give
the
admission
card
in
which
10
pm
time
was
mentioned.
(we
admitted
patient
at
3pm
on
7/9/2020)
2)
covid
test
was
taken
on
11/9/2020
only
antigen
test
was
taken.
(it
should
have
taken
on
same
day
we
admitted
our
patient
and
RTPC
test
was
not
done)
3)
They
denied
that
any
call
was
done
in
morning
and
patient
collapsed
in
bathroom
is
false,
we
cant
show
the
cctv
footage,
you
have
to
go
through
legal
procedure
for
cctv
footage.
(patient
was
not
having
any
BP
and
Sugar
problem
at
all
so,
how
can
he
collapse
suddenly,
we
didn"t
paid
any
amount
and
dead
body
was
given
to
us
but
clearity
was
not
given)
While
we
were
asking
all
this
questions
and
they
didnt
have
any
clue
they
acted
rudely
specially
MR
Sooraj
used
foul
language
and
pushed
us
out
of
the
gate.
This
is
how
Hope
hospital
manager
behave
and
doctors
are
unprofessional.
