Had a blissful darshan today. Archana 50/- Entry 10/- , 50/- and also free. You would find free annadanam just beside the Prasadam counter. The place is fully loaded with monkeys but they won't harm you even a bit. You can carry your own bagpack with you and your cellphone.. not to waste money at the counter. One of the Must visit place of Lord Hanuman. Jai shree ram!!!

Sri Nettikanti Anjaneya Swamy Vari Temple in Kasapuram holds a special place in my heart, as it offers a truly remarkable spiritual experience. This temple, dedicated to Lord Hanuman, not only exudes a positive and serene ambiance but also provides visitors with unique opportunities to connect with divinity. During my visit, I was delighted to find that the monkeys that reside in the temple premises were friendly and abundant in number. These playful creatures added a touch of liveliness and charm to the temple environment. Observing their interactions and playful antics was truly entertaining and created a unique bond between humans and nature. The opportunity to spend the night in its surroundings on Amavasya and Saturday nights is a unique and fulfilling experience. The presence of friendly monkeys adds a touch of delight to the ambiance, while the temple itself emanates positive vibrations. With a significant number of visitors, the temple creates a sense of community and spiritual connection. If you're seeking a place of devotion, this temple is undoubtedly worth a visit.

It was an amazing experience, perhaps one of the most memorable temple visits in the Southern region. While it may not be as large as the famous Tirupati temple in Andhra Pradesh, it possesses a fantastic atmosphere and energy. The ideal approach for darshan is to arrive in the evening and conclude it by early morning. The temple is conveniently accessible via train and bus from Bellary. You can find nearby accommodations or even sleep on the temple grounds, just remember to bring your bedsheets or a sheet. It's worth noting that the shops around the temple can be pricey, often selling items above their MRP, and the prices may fluctuate with the seasons.

Travelled so far to experience the divine environment here. It was eye feast watching the Huge and powerful diety. Lot of monkeys can be found roaming around freely among the devotees without hurting anyone. There are free tickets, 50/- and 100/- tickets for entry. For Nijarupa Darshanam it costs 50/- but only during early morning hours 5AM to 5:30 AM..Temple History says it is constructed by Sri Krishna Devaraya in 15th century..Mobiles are not allowed inside and a counter is available in front of the temple to deposit them.. Lot of shopping can be done once we exit the temple.

The temple is nice and fully commercial from starting onwards. Don't buy anything from outside Shops. Be careful on your belongings like food items and purses as Monkeys are everywhere.

The Nettikanti Anjaneya temple is one of the biggest temples in the district is located at Kasapuram of Guntakal mandal while Muradi and Nemakal temples are located in the Hirehal mandal of Rayadurgam area in the district. A precious stone was embedded in one of eyes of the Lord. Many devotees visit the three Hanumam temples Kasapuram, Nemakal and Muradi to have darshan of the Lord in one single day during the month of 'Shravana'. All the three idols were consecrated by Shri Vyasarajaru at the same time. He is the Rajaguru of the king Shri Krishnadevaraya of Vijayanagar Empire during 1509-1530.Shri Vyasarajaru saved the king, Shri Krishnadevaraya from 'Kuhu Dosha' He installed 732 Hanumaidols. Each of these three temples has a unique style of construction. Sri Nettikanti Anjaneya Swamy Temple is a famous Lord Hanuman temple in Kasapuram Village, Guntakal Mandal, Anantapur District, Andhra Pradesh. He is the powerful god and varaprada to the devotees. The Anjaneya idol at this temple was installed by Sree Vyasaraya. The temple got its name as Nettikanti because the lord sees his devotees with his the right eye. Sri Vyasarajaru is a passionate devotee of Anjaneya Swamy in the 15th century. He installed this 500 year old Lord Hanuman idol in Kasapuram village during his very nearer to the Guntakal town. Sree vyasaraya installed at different places 732 idols of Lord Anjaneya. Sree Vyasaraya attained nirvana in 1539 AD . On the fourth day of Sukla Paksha (bright half) in the month of Phalguna.

As Anjaneya Swamy sees his devotees with his right eye, this place got its name as "Nettikanti". Don't forget to see the huge chappals near the dhwaja stambha. It is said that at night times, Anjaneya Swamy wear these chappals given by the devotees and guard the temple.
