The most warm welcoming place and a beautiful family business. It was the perfect to stay here while visiting Gandikota and surroundings. The hotel owner took good care of us and his hospitality was even more impressive than the grand canyon! Finally we stayed longer than we planned. Room was excellent, clean and comfortable. If you come here, don't miss the opportunity to taste local lemonade Everest, that bar has a nice history and it is so refreshing during day heat. We will remember our experience in this hotel as one of the most beautiful memories from Jammalamadugu! We felt the most welcomed here during our whole trip in India. Thank you a lot!

Overall, a very good exp,as per the price. staff was very helpful and courteous, esp the owner who took an extra care of us. There was a bridge which broke once we were near it n the owner was super helpful in guiding us through the alternate paths, waited for us outside the hotel so that we don't miss the hotel even at 10pm. No provision of Food at the hotel (which we knew from before) but he arranged for us that time. Very supportive n guided us which all places to visit and how to go there. The owner also took us to a reservoir and showed us the entire water flowing process at the closest distance. Never seen such a great hospitality from a small town hotel.

Rooms were neat and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. Parking is outside the building, with sufficient space. Mr. Yunus and his dad were a very good host, they took care of all our needs during the stay there.

The owner of the hotel was really helpful during our stay. We had a minor mishap and he arranged for immediate medical assistance. The hospitality we received was unexpected and very pleasant. Would surely recommend a stay here.

Good place to stay for people visiting Gandikota. The rooms are good and are more than enough for a comfortable one night stay. Gandikota is around 15 km from here and the roads are fabulous. Hotel staff are very supportive and guide you with roads.

This is the best hotel to stay if you are planning to visit Gandikota. Parking is available to the side of the hotel. There are many good eateries nearby, so food is not an issue. The rooms are well maintained though not posh. The staff members are all polite and hospitable. Overall a comfortable stay!

The hotel is very value for money. The owner is so humble person. He has provided us multiple room at last moment without even surge pricing. He has also suggested multiple places to visit and plan our trip. And genuinely saying no one asked me to put any review. Just putting it here because of good gesture of owner. Highly recommend.

Had a memorable trip to the grand canyons of India (Gandikota), thanks to Mr Yunus and his hospitality. He is a great host, and eagerly offered complimentary tea, coffee, and water bottles. Hotel is very conveniently located, I must say, with Abhiruchi restaurant just outside for your heavy meals. There are some breakfast and tea stalls within 50 metres as well. Best part is that the hotel is in the city, between Gandikota (15 kms) and Belum Caves (40+ kms), so you can choose to travel to either location conveniently. Rooms are cosy yet comfortable, within budget, and well maintained. Safe stay for family. Overall, highly recommended!

I've known this town very well as I was born here. For a long time, there were no proper hotels in Jammalamadugu. Visitors often had to stay in towns like Proddatur (21km away) to do day trips to Jammalamadugu. I took a chance and stayed in Royal Palace Residency to attend a wedding and I was pleasantly surprised. First, I was warmly greeted by the owner, and his son. The staff showed me various room types to choose from. The prices were cheaper than what travel sites showed for this hotel. The linen was hand washed and dried, it was clean and crisp. The bathrooms were clean and dry. Even the trash cans were washed on daily basis. This showed their commitment to cleanliness. This hotel is close to downtown and all the grocery stores and eateries. We enjoyed our stay eating authentic rayalaseema dishes and kaaram dosas right outside of the hotel. The staff was cordial and very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy the local tastes and also visit places like Gandikota and Mylavaram dam as they are easily accessible by shared autos or taxies. Went for a weekend trip to Gandikota with friends and stayed at Royal Palace Residency. The rooms were really good and the service was top notch. Very friendly staff and they helped us out by suggesting couple of places extra that we could visit.Special thanks to Mr Younes and his father for bringing out a homely feeling to the hotel. Would whole heartedly recommend this place to stay for anyone traveling around the region!

This is an excellent location If you are visiting Gandikota or neighbouring places . Rooms are decent, AC worked well , hot and cold water was available throughout . There is a restaurant next to this hotel so food is also not an issue . The owner Mr Yunus is extremely helpful and will guide you on many things . Over all it was a very good experience.

Truly I didn't felt that I have stayed in Hotel/Lodge...I felt that I have stayed at my own home....that's all I can say.....superb service, superb receiving, superb cleaning...I will highly recommend this one for family stay..
