Disappointing / pathetic Experience at Prakruthi resort Rating: (0 out of 5 stars) if there was a negative rating, I would have chosen - 10 I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to stay at Prakruthi resort. and I must say it was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had at a resort. From start to finish, the service was consistently subpar, leaving me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. Upon arrival, the check-in process was slow and disorganized. The staff seemed indifferent and disinterested in welcoming guests. The owner was disinterested to address any issue once I made payment. The room assigned to me was not up to the standards advertised. It appeared outdated and 1000 insects were lying around. It was definitely not worth 4000 rs per day. I felt it was worth 500 rs. Moreover, the cleanliness was questionable, with dust on furniture and stains on the carpet. The highlight of my stay was supposed to be the resort's river side view, but even they fell short of my expectations with foul smell and untidy backyard. Lastly, I reached out to the resort management to express my concerns and dissatisfaction. To my surprise, my feedback was not even considered. The moment I made a payment for my stay the owner refused to even respond. The management's response felt dismissive and did not address the issues raised. Overall, my experience was far from the comfort stay I had anticipated. The lack of attention to detail and genuine care for guests' satisfaction was evident throughout my stay. I regretfully cannot recommend this resort to others and hope they take these criticisms as an opportunity to improve their service.

Booked for 30-Dec. Place is peaceful. Maintenance is good. It has Swimming pool. Kids pool is also available. Got a lot of parking area. Food is not available at resort. You should visit nearby hotels. There's no restrictions for alcohol in the resort or village. You will get alcohol in every shop in the village (if you are a picky boozer, carry your own booze). Room preference: Family: Ground floor Bachelor's: Upstairs They Charged 3500/- 1 day (12pm-11am) which is costly for 1day without food.(should be less on other days) For Veg meals & Breakfast, Visit Balayya hotel-Its very good. For Non-veg you need to order for preperation. There are several shops+hotel where they take order and prepare you Non-veg food in couple of hours. Fresh fish is available all the time, you should definitely try that. When asked for camp fire, They said it's chargeable (₹500🙄). It's forest area, you get lot of dry wood everywhere. We went on a quick ride & got wooden logs which lasted for entire night🤪. Finally it's a peaceful place for 1 day trip with family/friends.

Good small get away place at 4 hours distance from Hyderabad. The rooms had enough space and offer a good view of lake. Maintenance of the rooms have to be watched in the long run. One of the walls is completely of glass and offer a good river view, however clean glass give the expected view. There is a boating place with Telangana tourism boat which is a very pleasant trip. This place can be enjoyed with friends and family as there are not much activities to do. It is a quite place, with lots of greenery, trees and birds. A nice relaxing place.

Best resort to visit with family, view at resort is simply superb, Food taste like home experience. Good experience in the prakruthi resort. Again I will visit with frnds

This resort has good views of farm fields and the hills (Chain of hills) in the region you can take walk through farm fields. Be sure to go in a car, not much of a local transport. Pack abundant snacks if you are going as family with kids and or elders. Pool is neat. Restrooms are clean. They serve you rotis in the evening, curry will be prepared and delivered by a nearby restaurant, not many options to chose from here there won't be vegetables to chose from. Be sure to carry first aid kit (Just in case for pool injuries etc.)

Overall in somashila this is best accommodation resort for me ,best view from rooms and rooms are v big , peace full place , soon complete swimming pool it would be more comfortable

Place is good for weekend trip from Hyderabad. We stayed in the Hotel for a day and stay was good in the cottage. food is superb specially fish fry , River view is too good from the hotel. Boating facility is also available nearby. Boating on the river between the hills is awesome

I have been there for 1 day... Swimming pool maintenance was soo bad and one of my friend was injured and it ruined our whole vacation.... Swimming pool's steps made with iron and finishing was not soo nice.... Our friend got injured and had 8 stiches.... Tot of not mentioning.. but still our friend has not recovered yet .... Needs to be taken care well

My friend got hurt and had 9 stitches to his legs, due to improper maintenance of swimming pool, the steps were the main reason, however there were multiple instances that people got hurt by those steps but no action was taken. No proper response from the staff and owner, even after knowing owner didnt respond about the incident happened to my friend

This is the only decent accommodation prakruthi resorts in Somasila and needs advance booking in the peak season . Booked a river facing room and the view was excellent which is depicted in the pictures

I would suggest this place for those who love a long drive followed by a pleasant stay to enjoy post drive , good place to hangout with frnds and family
