I

I
recently
had
the
unfortunate
opportunity
to
stay
at
Prakruthi
resort.
and
I
must
say
it
was
one
of
the
most
disappointing
experiences
I've
had
at
a
resort.
From
start
to
finish,
the
service
was
consistently
subpar,
leaving
me
feeling
frustrated
and
unsatisfied.
Upon
arrival,
the
check-in
process
was
slow
and
disorganized.
The
staff
seemed
indifferent
and
disinterested
in
welcoming
guests.
The
owner
was
disinterested
to
address
any
issue
once
I
made
payment.
The
room
assigned
to
me
was
not
up
to
the
standards
advertised.
It
appeared
outdated
and
1000
insects
were
lying
around.
It
was
definitely
not
worth
4000
rs
per
day.
I
felt
it
was
worth
500
rs.
Moreover,
the
cleanliness
was
questionable,
with
dust
on
furniture
and
stains
on
the
carpet.
The
highlight
of
my
stay
was
supposed
to
be
the
resort's
river
side
view,
but
even
they
fell
short
of
my
expectations
with
foul
smell
and
untidy
backyard.
Lastly,
I
reached
out
to
the
resort
management
to
express
my
concerns
and
dissatisfaction.
To
my
surprise,
my
feedback
was
not
even
considered.
The
moment
I
made
a
payment
for
my
stay
the
owner
refused
to
even
respond.
The
management's
response
felt
dismissive
and
did
not
address
the
issues
raised.
Overall,
my
experience
was
far
from
the
comfort
stay
I
had
anticipated.
The
lack
of
attention
to
detail
and
genuine
care
for
guests'
satisfaction
was
evident
throughout
my
stay.
I
regretfully
cannot
recommend
this
resort
to
others
and
hope
they
take
these
criticisms
as
an
opportunity
to
improve
their
service.
