    Very poor service in sales and contact persons, better go with other sellers or go with other company bikes... It's been 3 months after buying bike. Still number plat not given after registration is completed. Not this issue having other issues while purchasing also. Surely you will disappoint with service

    Worst servicing ever I have come across multiple times since the purchase of vehicle. Staff does not know basic rules of preparing Job card. They don't even bother to check the basics tocheck the switches, breaks and don't even bother to start and see the vehical issues in my last service I see that they dont even know hot to fix the rear view mirrors, after fixing are they covering the view or not is also not checked. Indicator buzzer was working before I handed over the vehical tonservice. After service it is not working. I've been using 2 wheelers foe over 20 years and I have not seen shuch disgusting, useless, unprofessional service center and staff. I request new buyers to think before buying the vehicle from this show room.

    Poor job card timing, poor water wash and polish service, long-delayed general service, used scooter engine oil for my Gixxer SF 250, some of the job card complaints remain unaddressed and need to be reminded next day, engine oil and chain lube were out of stock during my bike service, new managing staff with inadequate skills, lack of proper guiding management. One way thinking of the staff is the utter most disgusting thing. Sit in the longue and instruct the advisor and technician regularly for better service and be behind all the way till it's done.

    Worst Bike Servicing. They never understand the customer complaints properly and not even mention them job card properly. I had done three services here (1 free & 2 paid services) almost all are worst. Every time i have to revisit them after the service. No proper bike wash. No one take care of the complaints properly.

    When access was given for paid service recently,its condition became bad instead of becoming good. I don't understand understand what type of technicians are working here. The problems went unattended.

    Worst experiance ever, bought a bike and after taken 1st Service oil started leaking and sound was horrible, when we consulted them again, they say its bolt issue. Such pathetic experience

    Worst experience ever. No response from any of the staff there. Ordered a part of my scooter 2 months back still not got it and no response also from the showroom staff. Servicing also not upto the mark. Better to get it done from outside garages.

    I had a good experience with the sales department and the showroom is good. The service centre is the worst. They will try to loot the customers with fake rates, I have experienced it. The bad thing is we don't have another service centre so we must go here.

    Service and maintainance is good and the communication of the customers is too good. Environment of the place are also good .... sometimes the mechanical workings are to little bit bad..becoz the repairs will be repeat as same
