Seeing the reviews we went to this hotel. The rooms are not clean, washrooms are not clean, the buckets and mug looks unused from a long time, they do not provide water which is supposed to be complimentary, they just provide 2 small bottles at beginning, after that if you need water you have to pay and buy. And we wanted towel and kept asking them from the time we checked in even after 2 days they did not send it, very poor service. People at the reception speak too good and say yes for anything you say, but you will not get any service. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Real Review: Beware of fake reviews posted by hotel management. Please book hotel offline because they might not accept your online booking. Rooms are made of Partitions. You will not feel like your are in hotel. Services are very poor. You need to tell every thing which was supposed to get by default like towels, toilet cleaning etc. Also after telling them they will not show any interest in doing that work. You need to bring your own drinking water because they will not provide you free water, you need to purchase it. Hotel is not worth it as per the Rates. Better look for other options.

This hotel is in a green society. Clean and hygienic property . Specious room and washroom Walkable distance from Prem mandir. I was feel like, staying in a 5* hotel . Great ambience, excellent interior ỉn restaurant. Food was yummy with excellent service. Really was a unforgettable moment with team Tulsi Garden.

Service is very poor. Not even drinking water provided. Geyser not working. They charged us for Bathtub that was not working. Even towels are provided after requests only. Not sure how this hotel got such high rating. Please avoid total waste of money

Hotel is on prime location. Specious rooms, neat & clean wathroom. Decent and proffessional staff. Such the were ready to assist you altime with kindness. Food quality was too good. Thanks Mr. Krishna to made our trip unforgetteble. We will come back soon. 😊

Firstly if you travelling with your kids then this hotel should be in your first choice. My baby is 1.6 old and they provide food at 12 at night and at that time restaurant was closed but for my kiddo they provide food. … Rooms are very neat and clean.. Coprative staff thanks tulsi garden 🙏🙏🙏

Hotel was neat and clean .neat washroom. And one of the important thing that thre is so humble staff . Always ready to assist you. When meet a gentleman Mr. Krishna was there .he did assist us to visit all temples. He made a list of temple timing that was very helpful to us . When we came back to hotel restaurant. There was some special dashes made by chef , literly that was soo tasty and yummy . Thanks chef and team Tulsi garden. We will highly recommend this 👌....

The hotel is located at a distance of 3 km from prem mandir , the staff is very helpful and well behaved. Rooms are in good condition , everything is fine , just the washrooms could be much more cleaner and another negative aspect to it is it's location. Overall the experience was pleasant with the Tulsi garden.

It's a very nice property for service and location. House keeping department is very helpful and present a very attractive service for guests. Specially House Keeping Manager Mr. Bharti is very kind hearted person. In their direction house keeping department will touch to guest heart.

Deepak Chaudhri gave us excellent support in accommodation as per our preference and all arrangements for travel within Vrindavan, Mathura highly recommend to stay here.

I booked 4 rooms from Goibibo. Even before proceeding further for booking called the reception for the booking confirmation. They denied to give access for the rooms at my booking price. My booking was completely prepaid. In the night at 10 pm, they told me that they can give me only 1 room and for that also I have to pay 800 rs extra. My booking was with breakfast. But they charged 400 rs extra again for 2 persons. Hospitality and maintenance with respect to Room charges are not up to the Mark. Geyser was not working properly. AC was tripping in the night.

Rooms not bad. But services nil. No towels, cleaning not done no shampoo. Liquid soap third class gor allergy in face.

But the staff would get a little rude or angry when you ask them when they are not in a good mood like I think at least they should maintain the etiquettes and manners of being a staff member like they might not respect or say politely behind your back, But again the location was at a quite and green place so yeah the location was very good, the food was okay-ish according to my taste, all over it was a okay-ish or I would say above average place..

Very nice and clean and in very clean society. Service is really good. Pardeep Singh at reception was very helpful and knowledgeable. Specially Krishna Singh is the best , will help you even you do not have online booking.

Overpriced, breakfast was 250 per person was certainly not worth it 400 per person buffet dinner. Service was very slow. TV was not working. Rooms size was not satisfactory. Although check-in was smooth staff seemed to be friendly and helping. location is decent although 5 KM's far from banke Bihari temple. And also no good restaurants nearby.

Do not even think about this during peak season (kartik Maas) and weekends. Nicely located property has very low number of staffs and poor hospitality. We carried heavy luggages to our rooms. Rooms were not cleaned properly till 3 pm. Not sure about bedsheets, but pillow covers were not changed for sure. No intercom. No service. Limited food menu (10-12 items, paranthas and dals). Room service denied due to high occupancy. Don't expect hotel kits, carry your own.

NO INTERNET IN THE ROOM!I had booked room in this hotel for few nights but I left the room first night. As soon as I entered the room, it didn't smell nice. Toilet and shower were dirty and thing that made me leave was the staff, dirty bed that was definitely not changed and NO INTERNET in the room. As a foreign with no Indian phone number and phone for me it was very important to have access to Inernet in the room.. Staff were rude when I asked to chnage the bed as everything was dirty, also the towels. I Would never suggest to anyone to stay in the hotel.

It cost me above average around 2500 per room and 5000 for 4 bed room. Washroom is quite spacious and fairly clean. Staff is educated and well behaved. Hotel is fully AC and open parking is available just outside the hotel.

The hotel is very very convenient. The location is at the center of the town and easily reachable. The room are spacious and with hot water and very clean. House keeping is prompt. The service is fantastic with very friendly and helpful staff. Geetam singh and team at the reception and Krishna and team at the restaurant are very efficient. The food is fantastic. No stomach upsets and very tasty with a genuine chef Mark me down as a repeat customer.
