Very disheartened with the experience i had at shree Shivam Raipur store. I bought lehanga & suit for my brother's wedding scheduled on 19th April 2022 day after tomorrow, they kept my article for a week , penned down every detail i asked for alteration & guess what... nothing is done m posting pics as well as proof .....so very unprofessional of shree Shivam store raipur....don't just sell goods to your customers try to make bond with them for future....& Thank u so very much for ruining my happiness.....if i don't get my things done right ...u will have to pay for all pain & trouble m taking

They have many brands like Rare Rabbit, Tommy Hilfiger to name a few on the ground floor. They have 02 functional lifts. The third floor has huge collection of ladies suits of all ranges. Second floor has sarees of different varieties and also a very large collection of wedding lehengas and designer dresses. They have a token system the moment you enter they hand you over a token which has a number. Wherever you tell the number at that counter and they will send it to the cash counter for final billing. They also have a points reward system. Rs 500 spent gives you 1 point and one can redeem minimum of 40 points and above. They have valet parking at the entry. Hassle free shopping with great collection. Staff is extremely friendly and patient to show you different items. Cash counter is also swift. Overall one stop for all your wardrobe needs
