service
ever
get
in
any
hospital
by
Management
and
TPA
team
We
went
to
hospital
one
week
before
for
confirmation
if
my
mother
uterus
removal
surgery
can
be
process
here
cashless
with
our
TPA
so
Deepu
mourya
said
yes
it
will
be
processed
cashless
and
we
believe
them
because
in
our
network
hospital
their
eye
branch
was
showing.
But
this
person
from
hospital
lied
to
us
and
send
email
to
medibuddy
and
we
got
response
in
our
email
that
it
is
not
network
hospital.
Treatment
and
nurse
behaviour
was
really
good
and
my
mother
surgery
done
successfully
But
they
lied
to
us
regarding
TPA
so
that
we
will
take
treatment
in
their
hospital,
even
in
canteen
area
I
heard
they
are
talking
that
now
they
need
make
payment
means
they
know
that
this
hospital
is
not
cashless
still
they
suggest
to
admit
my
mother
just
for
money.
Till
3rd
day,
Deepu
mourya
and
management
head
hold
us
and
behave
so
disrespectfull.
I
am
giving
2
rating
just
because
of
Nurse
staff.
And
care
done
by
Nurse
otherwise
I
am
totally
unsatisfied.
I
request
Swati
mam
to
look
into
the
TPA
and
management
department
,
they
are
loosing
trust
from
hospital.
Thank
you
for
good
treatment
that's
all
I
can
say
at
end.
But
don't
loose
trust
on
hospital
because
of
poor
management
