I visited few weeks ago for refraction and spectacle I bought spectacles for ₹10200 with promises to refund full money if it didn’t suit me But it didn’t suit me and they refused to refund full money instead they refused to take back frame ₹2350 They don’t have any qualified optician but a music teacher is final authority.I brought it to Dr Saideep on his personal WhatsApp He promised me to look but till now no solution is made I advise everybody not to purchase spectacles from them as there are many optical stores in Sirhind Fatehgarh Saheb where we can get same or better services at much low cost
