Extremely unprofessional staff.Without having proper communication among themselves,they call customers ans disturb them regarding payment even after the payment is done..Rude and completely impolite.. Toppings are always incomplete..and when a complaint is placed,their replacements are unsatisfactory and their behaviour towards customers is disrespectful,impolite,rude and unfair..Deliveries are always late..They make unfair negotiations with the customers when an official complaint is raised against them..They call customers and ask regarding the concern Thats raised and are unapologetic.. Dissapponted with theb staff‘s unproefessional and rude demeanor..

It's close to Kakinada Bus Depot. They've showed us the menu and we can select lot many options. If your desired topping option is not in your favourite Pizza list, you can opt for topping replacement. This made my Pizza great and delicious. No need to pay extra penny... Just replace the toppings...

Take out option means nothing to this store. They keep you waiting for an hour even after the order status has been changed to Oder Picked-Up and you confirm that you have arrived to the spot. I was given the cold food. No one called. I had to park my car and go all the way to the store and ask them about it. Worst service.

Worst and cheap quality of service. Even after paying hundreds of rupees they will not provide you the sufficient sachets of Oregano flakes. To Management if you are looking this: No use of mentioning on the walls saying we need 100 customer satisfaction, just show it in the bloody actions not in the words. After this kind of a cheap service I will never recommend this store to others again. If there is a negative or zero rating I would have given that.

We went to have Pizza I specified because you can also get chicken 🍗, Cakes also. Pizza is also not thta much tasty and their even no Kutch up Is available we ordered two Pizza's they gave only 2 Small packets which is very sad. Also they gave me bill only the Total they didn't mentioned any GST TAXES in the bill. I think it's not correct because we have to know for what they are charging the bill 💵. The wash room also locked why we don't know. Their is no hygienic also to they are not using sanitizer bottle in the premises.

The store is very nice everything is outstanding. But only restrooms are not fine 😔 it is not clean and there is only one restroom. Guys just need to improve the restrooms. Need to be very careful if you are coming on your own vehicles. No parking facility available. Traffic police 🚨 have put a no parking fine board 🛑 but the manager suggests customers to park vehicles either on foot path or on the road side no parking zone. Franchise management has provided parking facility only for their delivery boys (No board is there saying customers should not park vehicles there). In case any customer parks vehicles alongside, delivery boys goons do not hesitate to fight. They even damage customers'vehicles mercilessly without any second thought. Very abnormal and rude environment. Even if customers parks vehicles, assuming it as dominos parking space,, what was the need for these delivery boy gangs to get into fights with customers using filthy language "Kyku tu yaha bike park kar rakha rey?". Is this the way they talk to customers or / any humanbeing for that matter? We are also capable enough to behave that way but being a responsible citizen , we have chosen not to. It doesn't mean we cannot. We will continue bringing this to the notice of traffic authorities till this issue resolved by Dominos kakinada franchise.

Had indigestion problems. Their Chicken wings were a joke. They actually serve nuggets which is not specific to this location though. Shack appears okayish but I really suspect their kitchen hygeine. Will never go there again.

Domino kakinada has degraded it's quality complely. They are taking too lightly I ordered veg extravaganza with extra cheese and extra topping for which extra amount is charged and pizza was delivered with very less toppin and cheese, if you are going to deliver like this no one will order from you.

Visited during sankranthi and the rush was high, waiting time was about 40 to 50 mins. Taste was good. Only drawback is earlier we used to get sauce, chilli flakes and oregano along with our order for delivery or take out free of cost . Now we have to buy these essentials. Dominos can offer these little things to customers, thank you

The only food place open till 12am! It's a good Domino's branch. Just one qualm of mine is that we can't apply any Domino's app discount coupons at the cash counter, you will have to order it at the store via app (and that too for delivery, so as to be able to apply to the discount vouchers, so give the store's address for delivery and let the cashier know.) They will let you eat at there, even if you've placed a takeaway, or delivery order. Service was pretty quick in my opinion. Cheers! P.S.: I found the Non-veg extravaganza to be really tasty, it was my first time trying it. It comes with a lot of toppings and is spicy enough to make it tasty.

Forgot to provide sauce packets ...when I call asked them they said sauce packets are extra charges . I'm asking them if we dinein they provide sauce and flakes for the same charge. For online orders to they are collecting same charges and extra charges for delivery also ...but for sauce samples packets they charging extra money....they delivery the item without sauce and flakes packets

Nice place to hangout for pizza. If you go there by car then you have to worry little about parking. If you have gone there by bike then no problem. Over all it is a great place and pizza is delicious as always.

This branch is the worst I have seen. AC does not work. I ordered cheese burst chicken BBQ and onion and it tasted like cheese worst. Garlic bread also tasted bad. Dont go just by brand reputation.

The taste is not upto the mark, Have tasted Dominos in almost all major cities but in Kakinada I feel that the real Dominos Flavour is missing. The easiest way is to compare it with Rjy Branch which is close to Kkd. The same feedback I have given to store manager but they are not able to get it. A taste inspection from Dominos would correct this.

Worst ever pizza I had

It's highly maintained and sanitized and kick out mood off.It can recommend for to spend memories and can afford each person as high assumption upto 500rs and enjoy the services and treats.

The staff here are quite polite, and the preparation and serving part is not bad. It gets busier during weekends and during some evenings, apart from that the dine-in is quite available for a quick bite.

It used to be good. But it now looks like a store room with a heap of un-used chairs lying aside.

During the lockdown times, we happened to visit Domino's twice and both on different times, occasions and both the visits are not satisfactory interms of the taste or quality of food and for the charges paid. Neither the pizzas nor the garlic bread nothing seems to be great, not any of us are happy with the taste and preparation. Even the staff are not friendly or professional when compared to hyd / B'lore , where we see lot of dissatisfaction and why kakinada is given such low services , not much offers/ options but no difference interms of the prices which too bad

Nothing special about it just like any other Domino's outlet. Staff were busy and the person who took the order was courteous and patient. Only negative was I haven't got thin crust when I went at 6pm so I believe they don't keep stock of it.

Dough was smelling like plastic and paint, due to adulteration and preserving for indefinite time. Veg loaded pizza has only 2 toppings. They have been skimming money by compromising on ingredients, using cheese like spread made of emulsion.

DOMINOS Location: Door No. 2, Upper Ground Floor, Sri Rangarayanim Residency, 1-47, Bhanugudi Jct, Srinagar, Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh 533003 I got a message saying that your pizza is ready. I was waiting outside as I selected the kerb side pickup option and it is past 10 minutes after I got the message. So I went in to check and the order is not ready as they are busy. I came back and waited for 15 more minutes and again went inside. The order is ready but there is no one to check if it is a restaurant pickup or delivery to car. They told that the message will be sent automatically irrespective of the order status. I don't think the biggest pizza chain is so dumb to send messages irrespective of the order status. Order online or pick another location. Their service is the worst.
