The property is located in Borivali West at a premium location. The best part is the location and facilities. Huge campus with garden, kids play area, swimming pool, cafeteria etc. Room tariff depends upon the season and you can get rooms anywhere in range of 4K-6K, we got it around 4.5K through online booking. If you are with family then it is one of the best resorts in and around the area. The restaurant has great food options along with a breakfast menu. You can enjoy the continental dishes here as we tried a few and they were delicious and awesome. Room service is also exceptional. One suggestion to the property owner: please provide a latch on the washroom door as not everyone comes as a couple 😅 there may be kids in the room/family/friends

I visited eskay resort ⛵ yesterday for a bloggers meet in kasablanca. Really love the ambience and vibe of this place. surely gonna visit this place again soon to explore their services.

It was an okay experience. They charge service tax on each item separately which is absurd. Food, drinks, starters etc. this adds on to a bill hike. There are better places and clubs to visit than this one. Food was good but charges were overrated. The place was almost empty even though it was after 9pm.

Very poor service , the menu is very limited, the environment is very unhygienic, the staff is extremely poor with their service. Basically if you want to go waste your money on tasteless food then this is the place for it . Not only wasted the money , but the evening was also spoilt. And special mention to the singer here , have not heard anything more worse than this ... So annoying !!! Food was good. Liked the paneer crispy.

With its magnificent setting, attentive personnel, and opulent rooms, Eskay Resort far beyond my expectations. A comfortable stay was guaranteed by the rooms' ample size and elegant furnishings. The trip was enhanced by a variety of leisure activities and dining choices. It is a must-see location due to its exceptional value. Strongly advised!

Amazing Hospitality by all the people starting from the buttler to receptionist to in room dining to room service. Food appears expensive, but it's not! Good value for money given the quantity, hygiene & taste. The personnels at Spa also super friendly. A stay here gives access to all club Facilities, a special mention to Club front desk for being extremely supportive to Senior citizens & children.

To start with, they offer hourly basis booking in which you can play with your own badminton and shuttle. As a new explorer, this place is very difficult to find, just to make aware to all the new people. This place is inside Eskay resort premises in a building on the right side. There's one lounge called Casablanca in the same building you need to go to 3rd floor with lift. So we went in the weekend around 10 to 11pm time which I think is the last booking, this court is enclosed and very spacious but the air flow or the ac flow was not working properly because of which we were suffocating and sweating all the time. This led us with low energy, there were no fans to cool down. Drinking water facility is not present in the court, if you carry your own would be time saving. Overall the place is great to have a good badminton match but because of above lacking the stars are less.

The rooms were so spacious and very clean. The stay was comfortable . Breakfast Buffet was excellent with lots of varieties to choose. The service staff was friendly and helpful and was quick to attend to us.The food display was well set within adequate temperature controls for hot and cold food. Tbe lobby area had good ambience. Housekeeping service was great too!!! A memorable and pleasant stay for us to cherish

Amazing property, serene located at the heart of suburb but still away from the noise and hustle of the city. The view of city line one one side and open lawn, mangroves on the other is amazing. Experience was enhanced by the hospitality of Tariq Khan whom I had interacted with earlier as well at Aura hotel. He was welcoming and ensured that we were comfortable during our stay. Thank you for the amazing experience.

My partner and I stayed at Eskay for 3 weeks and the team at reception and cleaners were lovely. They were very accommodating at finding another room for our family at very short notice and made our stay very pleasant. Will definitely go back again. Thank you ! Neil and Cynthia!:)

1. This is not a Resort. They have a tie up with Eskay Club. So all the amenities which they provide (gym, pool, spa,tennis court etc) are accessible to both room guest and club members. So it's almost crowded and hotel guest will surely miss privacy. 2. On festivals Club remains close, So even room guest won't be able to use amenities. 3. Rooms are not clean, Leakages and cockroach. Please look for the other options, this property doesn't deserve more than 2k for 1 nights.

I recently used Eskay Resorts for my Wedding event and wanted to share my experience to help others. I will breakdown my review for different departments since the experience was night and day between them. Catering: The food is hands down top quality and has lots of variety. The service of the team was initially average but with some push they were able to do a great job. Good job "Himanshu". Decoration: Pricey! The initial few conversations weren't as professional as I had expected which in turn led to miscommunication and thus there had to be last minute changes to decoration. Still the end result was fabulous and we were very happy with it. Kuddos to "Ajit" who does the fieldwork. Rooms: "Horrible experience". Highly unorganized staff at the front desk. "Puja" at the front is adversely affecting your business, she was rude and highly inconsiderate to me and my organizing team. When concerns/ issues were brought up she started blaming us and other teams and never took responsibility. Rooms are old and lots of things were not working in random rooms. Room service does not help out in issues like this. Floor board in my room was sliding which was a risk for elderly guests.Nothing was done about it when it was notified to the room service boy. Sales Team: My experience here was decent but they do not co-ordinate well with the front desk reception which makes life difficult for guests. I hope this helps you.

Good resort within Borivali area as compared to other clubs/resorts. Facilities are amazing and can be enjoyed with the entire family. Have been a member since a long time and I highly recommend Eskay if you are looking for any luxury.

Stayed for 3nights and let me be very honest I did not have a pleasant stay, checked in at 1800 which gave them enough time to tidy up the room, sadly I was welcomed by cockroaches, no hair dryer, light bulbs not working , torn bed sheets and no battery to the remote… spent a night just like that, thankfully we had our room changed the next day which I was grateful for, but again the cockroaches never left, room service never replenished sufficient toiletries and that was really not helpful ! And the other disappointment was, being informed by the receptionist that the kitchen was opened until 3am for room service and when I called to order food at 2:30am (as I returned to the room late) I was told the kitchen was closed so, I was given Misinformation! Overall the experience shared by my husband and me wasn’t up to the mark and sadly we left unhappy !

I went there for a lunch. The ambience was very luxurious. The food was good, from the starters to the main course everything was delicious. The dessert was not that of a vibe. Would recommend this place for a lunch and a stay.

Celebrated the new year event .. very nicely organised .. very good food .. good security .. location is amazing can be travelled by car cab other means and metro too 5 minutes away from metro station it is .. had an amazing experience

Down Town Dive Casablanca Palden Norbu These are 03 restaurants within Eskay campus. All are Pure Veg with Bar. 1st offers good food, excellent DJ , AC and Non AC seating. Excellent poolside view. 2nd offers Good food, club like ambience. Live Music every Thursday. DJ at 10 pm every other night 3rd is Terrrace Restaurant. Limited food choice. Top view of surroundings gives different vibe.

Nice resort to visit, specially when you are coming with kids.love the food specially sandwiches.but they take a lot of time to cook.

It must have been the worst experience anyone has had during a wedding ever. If you are planning to have your wedding events here - PLEASE DO NOT! The staff is the worst, non-helping people ever. They act like they can't hear you or your problems and will never suggest a solution. The rooms were unclean, and smelling. The lighting was terrible in the room. The room cards are useless and they don't have a spare card/master card for the rooms (SO YOU CANNOT LEAVE YOUR KEY INSIDE EVEN BY MISTAKE). The only thing that was good was the food. It wasn't extraordinary, but nice. Overall, terrible experience. They didn't even give a discount for the mess they created. Please do not go to this place unless you want to be mentally exhausted and frustrated.
