reside

I

I
was
most
impressed
with
their
knowledge
of
the
local
market.
I
had
noticed
some
issues
with
hotel
availability
in
my
area
of
interest
due
to
weddings
and
such,
but
they
managed
to
identify
suitable
high
quality
hotels,
provided
me
specific
insights
about
the
properties
to
help
me
choose
and
then
negotiated
competitive
rates.
They
made
it
very
easy
for
me
to
arrange
everything
from
the
US,
without
compromising
my
trip
experience.
I
got
some
very
useful
tips
on
restaurants,
potential
traffic
conditions
at
different
times
and
routes.
I
could
tell
they
have
some
experience
under
their
belt.
I
will
definitely
engage
them
on
my
next
trip,
and
based
on
this
experience,
would
love
to
take
one
of
their
organized
tours
out
of
town.
