Unbelievable !!!!!!!!!!! But true 👍👍👍👍 More than 40 years old restaurant in SoBo, launched special lunch offer at - Sri Krishna Restaurant New Municipal Building Nana Chowk Grant Road Mumbai - 400007 Maharashtra Sri Krishna Restaurant is serving 12 items in unlimited "Brahmin Uta" lunch in just Rs.225+ taxes Timing - 11am - 3.30 pm daily. Totally packed up during lunch time, staffs are cooperative, excellent team work, superb service, attending all the tables at the same time.. A briefing about Brahmin Uta meal. What is it actually? Brahmins of Southern states prefer steamed vegetables, cut into small pieces, in curry than deep fried big pieces. Mostly the spices and seasonings are same for lentil based dishes like Sambar, Rasam and curry dishes. Mostly seasonal vegetables are used. Most of the spices used in the cooking have medicinal value. Pepper, cumin, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, asafedita are the spices which are used often. They have lots of vegetables - as curry and with lentils. They follow strict rules in cooking. Brahmins believe God is the first taster of the meal, so they cook the food with great attention and cleanliness. Brahmin food is well-balanced with the right mixture of variety, nutrients, flavours and texture. Authentic Brahmin Uta meal is served in banana leaf. The unlimited meal consists of - 1. Hot rice ( white and red rice) along with ghee. 2. Malabar Paratha, 3. Sambar 4. Tomato Rasam, 5. Papadam (Southern papads) 6. Mor ( Southern buttermilk ) 7. Banana 8. Dry curry of banana flowers 9. Koottu - curd & coconut based vegetarian curry with thick gravy 10. Maadur vadas ( rice batter and rava vadas) 11. Dry pickled chilles 12. Moong daal paysam (kheer cooked in coconut milk) Hygienic place AC seating area Rich tradition Interiors made of solid wood - Ceiling, walls, doors, furniture. Traditional wood carving in Interiors Lovely traditional wood carvings in the Interiors Traditional South Indian music is played in the background to create the perfect ambience. Wheel chair accessible

Serves a variety of South Indian cuisine, north Indian as well. I ordered paneer (spicy) and it was the right amount of spice I expected, overall it was good. The filter coffee was decent. The ambience is pleasant, I like how they've given importance to small details for a South Indian theme - The Kolam on the tissue paper was cute. Second visit is likely, and I would like to try some from the south Indian varieties.

Absolutely incredible breakfast experience. Situated at Kemp's Corner in Grant Road, this place served me one of the best and authentic south Indian cuisine ever. They have a promotional offer of unlimited breakfast for 170 rupees which is a steal and we made good use of it! We ordered Mysore Masala Dosa, Mulaga Podi Dosa, Vada, Uttapam and Mangalore Buns and each of it was absolutely fantastic. But their filter coffee omg, just don't miss it!! We were a bunch of hungry broke college students absolutely exploiting the unlimited offer but what happened later made us their fan! The waiter genuine said he was happy to see us enjoy our food and wished we ordered more which is surprising because they definitely went on minus with us. Such customer service is commendable, we tipped them heavily! I'll keep coming here more often. ❤️

It's located at next to grant road station. It's on roadside restaurant. That's not big put, good enough space, Feels like south Indian restaurant and foods also completely south Indian all most variety. Prices are good enough, not too much costly, Decor is very casual, but good enough to sitting. Quality is good .karnataka dosa is good. Sambar is good. Quantity is nice This Sunday we ate their south Indian Thali which is very good and jain as well. Like on banana leaf we have to eat. Presentation and taste both are good. They charged 225 rs. And which is unlimited. Must try this.

I had a cup of coconut ice cream but it is not to my liking. The restaurant is air-conditioned and feel clean. But the spoon brought to me was dirty.

I traveled Surat, gujarat to Mumbai. And, I feel too much hungry. I found the first hotel that provided me with unlimited breakfast in just Rupees 185. Awesome food, and I can't wait for the next trip to Mumbai. 🙃 Additionally, they have some extra facilities.

The food here is authentic South Indian style. Very fresh and tasty. The staff is very well trained and polite. It’s a relatively small place with pleasant ambience. We had the South Indian thali, Palak soup , paneer chilli dosa. Food was delicious. Special mention that my mom too liked it who is specially very picky about good restaurants.

They have truly mastered the art of serving a delightful South Indian style authentic thali in a Banana Leaf. From the moment you step into their restaurant, you are greeted with warm hospitality and a vibrant atmosphere. The meal itself is a feast for the senses, with an wide variety of mouthwatering dishes that satisfied all my cravings. Sri Krishna Restaurant has truly set the bar high when it comes to offering an authentic and delicious dining experience. Would be visiting again for their hi-tea which looks like a very good deal.

serves both north and south Indian cuisine। I ordered spicy paneer, and it had the right amount of spice I expected, and it was good in general। Filter coffee was reasonable। The atmosphere is pleasant, and I like how they've emphasized small details for a South Indian theme— Kolam on tissue paper was adorable।

Nice south Indian Joint known for its Breakfast and lunch combos. Most routine items are delicious, authentic and hygienic. I personally did not like the set dosa, stew and speciality items and most of the time the most desserts are not available.
