I took the membership package twice. The service levels deteriorated on both occasions after the first service with the room with high bed and attached washroom not being available even after prior booking. It is due to this poor service that I discontinued for 1.5 years but on joining up again the same problem was faced with other clients being given the room type booked by me.

Extremely disappointing experience. Took deep tissue 90min couple massage on Sunday worth 10k at 5pm. Till 5.30 no one showed up. Massagers who came did not even greet asked if pressure is ok. They could not understand hindi or english. Only legs massage were done properly rest all body parts were poorly done. Head, neck, shoulder she did not even bother and sharp at 7pm they left the room saying if you want to take shower you can. Horrible experience will never recommend anyone. AC was set on low I was absolutely cold and my nose was blocked and told her to shut down AC for sometime she did not even respond. Please dont go and waste your money.

Pathetic atmosphere, extremely uncaring staff. Just because there were no available slots the girl at the counter was so rude, she didn't even make eye contact. The Xperia mall girls are much much better.

Have visited this spa twice now and both experiences were wonderful and relaxing.. I didn't have to wait for my appointment at all. The therapist was professional and kind and really very good at her job. Will visit again.

Splendid , Wonderful , Tranquil , Serene , Relaxing. 5 Stars . Rather 7 stars if possible . I was extremely wow about the ambience , the fragrance , the cultural Thai figurretees , and the spa masaagist Christina was godly , all my 13 years aches and pains from neck and vertabrae a, also the rotation, stretching , toning and twists were heavenly. I would advise at least once and if possible repeatedly , please visit. It's reasonable and very classy , savvy and Signature MAYO THAI SPA IN VIVIANA.

I called Myothai to book an appointment for two people for a foot massage. I was told it would be 2100 for 30 mins and 3300 for 60 minutes for two people. I said I will come to the spa and decide on the therapy but will do 60 mins. I go there and decide to do foot massage and head, neck and shoulder for a total of 60 mins. At the end of the treatment I’m told to pay 5000 something. Upon discussing my phone conversation I’m told that the head and shoulder massage has a different rate. But how does the rate go from 3300 to 5000+ for a 60 minute treatment. While I should have checked the price beforehand (lesson learnt), isn’t it basic courtesy to explain that the rates would be higher? As far as the massage was concerned it was painful. All in all terrible experience. Wouldn’t do it again.

I called Myo Thai today and the person on the other side literally yelled on the phone that they open at 11 am and they will call me back then. So much for customer service and supposed proposition to offer relaxation!!! Definitely not recommending them! There are a lot of other places for massage (like Aroma Thai) which will give you a great experience and service.
