I completed my PPYG course last year with AYG Academy and it was a wonderful experience both the tutors are well experienced and informed , they share actual experience and practical knowledge. Dr Nutan Pakhare, herself and the team of amazing teachers help us through out. This course seems to be tough at start as I don’t have any medical background but her guidance and support made it super easy and understandable. The way of her teachings and practice classes she offers are perfect as one wants. If your looking for pre - post natal and garbhasanskar course, Just chose her without second thought. She is quite nice and benovalent as person.

I am so happy that I took this decision to join the Prenatal postnatal yoga garbhasanskar course with none other than our wonderful Nutan ma'am. The course changed my view completely towards many aspects of life like menstruation, pregnancy, postnatal care.
