Highly disappointed with the service provided. Tables are not cleaned properly, tissues are disposed below table. They are short staffed. Was difficult to discriminate between staff and customers as they don't follow any specific dress code. They asked us to wait outside after payment while we were waiting for our parcel which we declined and they understood.

When started, It was a good place to have food with family. Now it has become a worst place to dine in. They are short of people for taking orders, serving and all... Takes 30 minutes for regular order. No cleaning of tables and they throw all garbage from tabel under the seating arrangement. We Don't care attitude is their motto....

Order sonething and received somthing else at home. When called and asked them about wrong delivery , person on phone is like Sir eat this order and we will send you the asked order tomorrow. The way he was responding it was clear that he intensionally sent the wrong order. Highly disappointed with cheated service. This experince was highly discouring comapred to previous orders. Wont order anything from Gala Kitchen henceforth.Caution !! double check your order and do not pay before checking your order.

I had ordered cheese pav bhaji and they had given a plain pav bhaji and the cost the price of cheese pav bhaji and the uncle was so so rude omg my experience was very bad please don't visit this place he doesn't have a courtesy to say that you take you money back . They had charged for cheese pav bhaji and given plain pav bhaji also the taste was not good . I hope you all guys can learn from my mistake don't visit that place .
