Extremely bad service from the store manager. Entered the store first when it was completely empty. While the manager was entertaining us he switched to the couple who walked in later and was entertaining the man. While we ignored this behaviour it didn’t end there. When we asked him to check the eye number he asked us to wait for another 20 minutes and started showing the man a catalogue. After 15 minutes of the wait was over he sat to check the eye number of the lady who was with the man. He had zero value of others time and no courtesy to ask why we were leaving the store after waiting for over 30 minutes after choosing the frames.
