I rented an RK in B-003, First Floor, B-Block, Vasant Pride, Thakur Complex, Kandivali East, which I left in July'23. The owner Amit Shankar Das told me to return the deposit in Aug'23. Now as I have contacted him, he is refusing to give my deposit back. This incident has given me mental trauma and torture. I had to leave Mumbai as it was getting too expensive to live there. I am in service and I am not able to bear this financial loss. He gave a little amount by Non - CT cheque and that too imposed stop payment on it. Banks have stopped taking Non-CT cheques since 2012. He is a complete fraud and I recommend staying away from him and his RK.

Don't get into the trap of Amit Shankar Das, who offers RK - 003, B - Block, Vasant Pride. He and his broker Mukesh who is a property broker and has an office just outside Vasant Pride will trap you and steal your deposit and charge 5x of electricity. Amit will swear on his daughters to return the deposit, but he is the lowest kind of person who ever existed in mankind, he will break this promise and never return your deposit. He will bring his wife when you will be vacating the apartment and give you a Non-CT cheque which the banks are not taking since 2012. He is such a thief that he gave me cheque of his closed account. This fraud ate my whole deposit and and made my life hell. I don't recommend anyone, taking his property on rent, otherwise the tenant will loose their whole deposit.

Beware and Cautions from Amit Shankar Das who lives in Malad and offers flats on rent in B-Block, Vasant Pride. His RK is 003, he is the biggest fraud and a thug person I have ever met. He will swear on his 2 daughters, loot you on electricity bills and eat your maximum deposit. He has the worst reputation among all the society including society managers, security guards, outside shopkeepers, and his past tenants. Whoever rented his flat, Amit troubled him a lot and didn't give their deposit. He spammed me on electricity bills and didn't return my deposit. I trusted him as he sweater upon his daughters, but still are all my deposit. I don't recommend renting his flat and please tell your relatives and know people to stay away if they want to keep there money safe. He is the worst kind of fraudulent Cheater I have ever met.
