they have the worst customer service, we have bought a pot for 22K, our sizing was erroneously incorrect, we requested for a smaller size, and also said we do not want differential refund, and we will manage transport etc. but they have such poor attitude, in today's world of heightened customer service i was shocked at the owners inflexibility. Its ok that he did not do our exchange, but i surely will be letting every single person who visits our beautiful home and enquires about the pots (we have many from different places as we love plants) to avoid Gaia Pottery at all costs...so unfortunate, because we have worked with probably around 20+ stores across south mumbai whilst making our home, and it has been such a pleasure working with all the vendors...i hope better sense prevails with the owners...they're not selling food or undergarments that they cant make an exception for a genuine return request!!! just surprised that how good product and merchandise can be undone by poor customer service and attitude! Reminder avoid them like the plague!

Great place very nice collection found it on expensive side but alot of it is stuff that's hard to find . Bonsai are few but very good don't go for plants but for pots

Trust me this is Hidden treasure. They have such huge collection of Pots and such pots you will never find in local market , all post are imported. They have post of different sizes and they are available at reasonable rates and affordable. Staff are also very friendly and they are always ready to help in selecting pots also. This is must visit for Plant/Pot lover. I would definitely give them 5 star for there collection.

Best shop for plant pots. They have all sizes and pots are of great quality. They are expensive but Worth the cost. They have a great heretage property worth visiting.

Rude and arrogant staff who is just not bothered about customers. We went at 5.00 to shortlist stuff which is amounting to few lakhs and knowing our requirements staff who is either not aware of pricing or reluctant to show as they were just waiting for 6.00 PM, they just walked out of shop without Even being bothered about a customer who is planning to purchase items worth couple of lakhs. Also the man who told us to WhatsApp our requirements, he wasn't even ready to make a list or proforma, was so rude as if he was doing us a favour. They don't deserve to be in service industry. We are architects and working with Top vendors but these people are just in different world. Neither will i step in again and even advise anyone planning to go against. Terrible service, worst i have seen in so many years.

I am just wondering how does this page has a 4 and above rating. Their customer service is so bad that they don't see the Lifetime Value & a repeat order of the respective customer. My team was ready to place an order for 5000 Planters (repeat orders monthly) but they were so rude and arrogant that they didn't responded properly. Pathetic to see such disrespectful behaviour in times like this.

OMG these guys are so rude. They are like, " Lena hain to lo varna nikal jaao" Can't believe this type of service from such a brand
