We visited the AC restaurant for bday party. Food is really very tasty, quantity is also good. Prices are high for every dish. They Should add more varieties of dishes so that even kids can enjoy. They should also keep in mind about senior citizens as they cannot climb stairs and back down to go to Air Conditioned restaurant, Washroom was not available upstairs senior citizen sometime cannot control..... We loved the food anyway.

This is huge resort with many types or restaurants (A/C, Non A/C, buffet etc). It’s located close to the highway. Would suggest please do not visit on weekends or holidays when it is very crowded. We made the mistake of visiting on Saturday night, had to wait for half an hour which we did not mind actually. What was the issue was food, i have heard many good thing’s about the food here. But due to the rush hour, the foo we felt was not properly cooked. The tandoori platter which we order half cooked. And they like missed some of the orders, which later we had to canceled. Good vibe but would recommend to visit on non rush days.

Went for their Buffet on 14 November 23, it was not at all managed properly, there was a huge crowd and seating arrangement was not there for many people. It felt like we are in someone's wedding also food quality was below average with limited options.

They have play area for kids and gaming zone. They also provide veg buffet on Fri, Sat & Sun from 7pm to 10pm. There is DJ also with a dedicated area for dance. Jain food is also available in buffet. Place is huge with ample parking space. They provide catering for wedding and birthday functions in their lawns. Rooms available for overnight stay. Located near to highway.

The place is good. On the highway. Very easy to find. Been here for the VEG buffet (Every Fridays and Weekends). The rate is good but the food is average and too crowded (I went on a Sunday) not worth taking kids for the buffet. Poor lights near the tables around the buffet. People are just waiting to take your seat. The snacks counter is good. I feel the normal dining would be much better. And the food is good (Veg and Non-Veg). Games for kids are just over priced. A few are 30/- for just 1 or 2 minutes.

Poor quality food. Never try sea food here. We returned one dish for poor quality but the staff insisted it was the best quality and fresh and argued endlessly. Other things like chicken and soup were pretty average. Had been to this place several years back when it was good. But it's degraded now. Never going back.

Poor service and rude security staff. They act like bouncers trying to scare the guest. Worst buffet system i have ever seen. Even the marriages have better buffet system where 1000s of people are served. Here food is kept open all the while it's there and more worst is their wash basin. At the entrance there was lady security guard who was so rude that it felt they are doing some kind of favor by letting us in. And inside the buffet area we could see animals like cat and dogs roaming around table and guest for food. Worst buffet and will not be going there in future. Also would suggest people to avoid such places. No option in buffet most of the counters have chart food only.

Fantastic experience with Sai Palace Hotel & Garden. The area is big and the ambience is perfect for family dinner, celebrations for occasions and to spend time with friends. They have proper segregation for family vs non-family groups. So overall nice experience

My first visit after spending decades travelling in front of the Hotel, lovely location, surrounded by trees and hills. Cocktail and vegetarian buffet was alright! Jain food available! Fun and games for kids.

Very arrogant and rude staff. Mr Billa, who seems to be manager of the place himself needs to be trained first on how to talk to guests. Food and location is good but it's staff who ruins the overall experience. Would not recommend this place.

There is a nice buffet of food and lots of varieties of items are presented and live counters are also available. There is also a nice music system for dance. The time period of buffet and dance party is from 6:30pm to 11pm. According to this facility, price is also worth it. The price for one person night buffet is around 500 to 600rs. I must recommend you that you should visit this place once.

We went for dinner and the place is quite well kept, fast service and variety of stuff to keep kids and elders engaged through an evening. Food is good and quality well maintained. Taste could have been better in terms of dhabba but having said that if you looking for a great dinner not thinking of the dhabba typical spicy or taste of a roadside dhabba it’s fantastic.

I have been here for food n drinks several times, but the day before yesterday’s experience was not so pleasant: Ordered veg soup, and requested them not add chilies to it. Final product I had on my table was Veg Manchaw Soup which was literally sweet in taste. The table staff did not accept the fact at first, later he said cabbage makes the soup sweet. Totally waste of time, and money, and arguing with that staff. I paid the bill, no hard feelings.

Visited here for an office party. Dint like the ambiance of the place. Also it's in some jungle. Reaching the place is a task. The food was average. Not that great. The serving staff is good. 2 rating is only because of the serving staff else it would have been 1* as we don't have zero as an option.

Absolutely loved it I have gone to buffet as well as candlelight dinner Candlelight is also great, but sunday service is little slow as too much rush during peak hour. The food is 8/10 Buffet is for 3 days - Fri, sat , sun It can be little crowded during weekends so try going a little early say at 7. DJ is the best element of buffet.Its till 10pm .Buffet is open till 11.All food tastes amazing. There is different types of sweets , chat corners , South Indian, Punjabi, Chinese, all types of starters. Once you visit here, it will be a memory with tummy filled with good unlimited food and heart full of wonderful music to dance on. Yes due to this place being on highway, u might get traffic so to avoid heavy traffic, reach early and while going home at night u won't get a auto easily , there are few autowalas in front of Sai palace gate but they ask too much money even if for short distance, so book a uber/ola or have ur personal travel vehicle. Very much rush on weekends infact full beyond capacity ,no table was available for setting. Because this restaurant offers buffet dinner at reasonable price . Also this restaurant 's location is easily accessible for borivali, dahisar, miraroad , bhayander people. So this was full on weekend. But if we talk about food or taste , totally disappointing. Because of so much rush they are not able to handle all things . I felt waste of money to go there .

Home food tastes a 1000 times better. Service was super slow plus getting a table took some time and then getting food took even longer by the time food arrived the hunger was almost dead, and food that arrived was pathetic. Fully bland. Complete waste, only good thing there is the environment and the pani puri stall.

We had been to the AC restaurant... Good food taste, slow service on Sunday and took too long to get some basics going, low lighting than needed yet the presentation was good. The area to move around, snap a few selfies and decor is outstanding.

The resort is located on the service road parallel to Western Express Highway near Mira Road, with beautiful scenic surroundings. The non vegetarian dishes were very tasty, but on the spicier side. It was raining so it was difficult for children to play outside. They have a good collection of fish tanks, ducks, birds. They have video games for children but are expensive, 30 Rs for 3 minutes.

It's one of the best u can say , it's always crowded n had waiting line for your turn . Ambience good , food amazing, service is a bit slow , when we ask for something they give you after when u don't need it .

Had a candle light dinner and a live gazhal performance experience there , absolutely worth it ! The place is good to eat food but due to the buffet system the crowd cannot be controlled on the Veg side. Basically the place has 2 sides one is the buffet and the other in Alakart. The Alakart section is well maintained and has a proper seating area as compared to the Buffet side. No place to walk properly due to excess crowd as the staff also is not well equipped to manage the crowd properly and there is no one to handle to the crowd in the area. Please look forward to getting proper details before coming to this place also as the staff speak something else on the call and something else when you meet them at the venue. The parking and all is good there's a lot of space for parking.

Good place for dinner, they have used 100s if not 1000s of bamboos to create a big roof. Live music is played and children have lots of games to play (needs additional coins, some need 30 Rs coins and some need 50 Rs coin). Food is good!

The rooms are great here as the place is relatively new and well maintained. The hotel is neat and the staff at the gate and door are really kind. The food is above average. The amenities are not that great they have a roof top pool with no lights and is not that well maintained. They have a decent spa inside too. The are measures being taken to cut costs which make you feel a bit uncomfortable. The staff are very reluctant to give you a spare key or internet services. Talking about internet services, they give you a coupon that expired every 2 days, which is not convenient for a long stay

Went for a dinner buffet with friends, below average food. One can however have fun dancing on bollywood songs and make up for food. That is if you go there for entertainment rather than as food connoisseur.

Went to the buffet. Serves veg buffet, it has decent food variety from starters to dessert. You can buy alcohol seperately. DJ is good and you can shake your leg to some amazing bollywood dance nos. Timing for buffet is from 7 till 11.

I had an amazing experience. Food is very tasty and the price is reasonable. Great ambiance. Best part is that it is wheelchair accessible and I had no problem at all unlike other restaurants. Lots of parking space too.
