The last time I visited the farmhouse was remarkable.. The ambiance, presentation, cuisine, and dining experience were all outstanding. The service is very excellent, and the staff is quite helpful with food suggestions. All in all, it was a beautiful experience. Amazing option in the menu. Staff is friendly and helpful, and service was also good. Live match screening is also there. Strawberry lemonade & Virgin Mojito : it was superb to try out. I loved it. Peri Peri Chicken: it was great and the presentation was also nice. Hot & Spicy Chicken Wings: it was yummy and spicy. 8 pieces were served. The place is great in the weekends and it's almost full, it is recommended to book your tables in advance. There is live music by a very amazing and talented singer on every weekend! The food is super amazing and if you're somebody who loves sea food then this is literally a place that you cannot miss! Also the liquor prices are veryyyyyyyyy cheap! Do give it a visit! I'm sure you're gonna love it!

Made a day long trip out of my ride here. The roads aren't great in some patches, but it was the traffic that was a killer. It's usually a little crowded, the food and service were good. The prices, even better! Recommend trying out the home made wine as well.

By far the best place for a nice relaxed meal with an amazing view. Visited in the afternoon and it was breazy and cool. Had some great food too, we ordered chicken malai tikka, oven toasted peri peri chicken which has to be the highlight. It was very spicy like peri peri should genuinely be and enjoyed every bit of it. Main course: chicken fried rice and chicken Hunan gravy. Both dishes were perfect. Hunan chicken is slightly on the sweeter side but loved how it was tangy. Went well with the fried rice. Desserts: Caramel Custard and mango ice-cream Caramel Custard is a all the classic after a nice meal and this one didn't disappoint. Also come with a cherry on top. Mango Ice cream was good but would have preferred real mango chunks in it. Overall great dining experience. Great place for family and large groups. Also it's a pet friendly place.

Bad experience due to poor hygiene maintained,, we went with family but due to unhygienic and lack of cleanliness we didn’t spend much time there. Their name indicates us that this place belongs to sea & sand but there is no such environment. No beach feeling. We too visited other farm house restro,, they were far better than this place 👎👎👎👎👎 I will not visit again to this place.

Main Course: Paneer Shaslik Sizzler: This was the most ideal dish I ordered. The paneer pieces were very fresh and tender. Food is just okay. A bit pricey for the quantity and taste I would say. Service is super slow. There are many waiters but they are just not moving. You can see your food coming to the counter but nobody brings it to your table. They make sure all the food is served super cold.

The place used to be great. My last visit during the new year was underwhelming. There is a much reduced menu in place. It has now turned generic with butter chicken and chicken crispy replacing the exotic fish dishes.

Awesome place to hang out with friends. The view through the creek to the opposite shore of Bhayander adds to the view. Food was good. It's mostly known for sea food. And going for lunch is suggested. But, we went for dinner. And we were surprised by the live songs by Mr. Jayesh. Thoroughly, we enjoyed his songs. He is also one of the reasons to go there for dinner. The soups were not as per expectations. So, avoid it if you can. Chicken preparations were good. Veg is also good. The drive to the restaurant was quite long one from Mira road. And the roads to the creek were quite narrow. Overall, good place to enjoy drinks with friends.

The food is good, especially the sea food. Service is also good. They also have a unlimited buffet option, I haven't tried it so I am not sure about the taste in this category. It also has live music on the roof. I have been here a 3-4 of times and everytime the singer was very good. Though I am not sure about it but I think the Live music is only on weekends. It is very busy on weekends so you might have to wait on weekends. They are on 1st & 2nd floor and there is no lift available. Thus, it is not accessible to wheelchair.

I have been a happy customer of this restaurant's service for years. Their food items are great in taste and quantity. Pricing is very economical. 2 persons can have a sumptuous lunch in 300 rs. Ambience is decent and cleanliness is average. Food can be very oily at times so it is advisable to request them to reduce it a bit while placing the order. Mutton Keema fry is served in the morning and it is a "must try once" item. They do have an AC section. Parking is on the road side so it purely depends on availability.

I would definitely like to rate this place 11 out of 10 not because they have courteous staff but trust me the food you will enjoy here will always be worth visiting the place again. Seafood is what we would highly recommend along with some chilled beers looking at the sun set and have a beautiful candle light dinner after that.
