3 Jan 2022. Doctor's consultation timing start 11AM. First patient check up at 11.45. Still today the front desk says we don't give waiting queue number on phone. We will be given it when we reach hospital. So for shorter wait time ppl come early and then wait much longer then expected. The front desk lady once said doctor is in Airoli only and then after sometime said that the doctor is coming from outside Airoli. Around 2 year ago. Too much of waiting time make me to think of some other hospital as an option. Waiting for 1.5 hrs to see the doctor is too much. They stopped taking pre-appointment, only on-the-spot appointment. No electronic display of token number being attended and average wait time. The timing of the doctor's availability is displayed as 10-6, while on call the staff says that doctor will be available at 11am onwards. Reducing my rating.

Dr.Praveen Mody is one of the best pediatrician in Airoli. My son is feeling all ok now. All the staffs are highly experienced and do their jobs to perfection. It has been a very good experience with Mody Hospital. Thank you everyone for your support.

Dr. Praveen Mody, one of the best doctors which I met ever. He treats children without harmful antibiotics which general doctors do not do. Very simple in nature and his consultations are full of positivity. He never scared me about my child's health, always said that he is OK, will be alright in few days. Amazingly he prescribed just 1 to 3 medicine to avoid unnecessary medicine to child for treatment. What else we need. Many people complaint about many things but there are a lot of doctors who will make a lot of money by prescribing too many tests, medicines and followup. Need to understand that we are going to hospital because of a good doctor not for good receptionist, ease of appointment, Fans, lights, comfortable chairs n so on. If someone need best doctor for child, Praveen Mody is the best choice.

The best hospital in Airoli for treatment, my cough was so painful and lasted almost for one month. When consulted Mody sir his medicines worked for me and I have been healed. All the staffs were attentive and understanding. Cleanliness was also good. Admin staffs handle everything smoothly from admission to discharge. Thanks for the treatment once again.

Completely unhappy with the hospital..... I can understand due to current condition doctors avoiding to directly contact with patients, they are taking care of all things from call only which is also fine. But after checking all the documents like sonography report and blood test report its doctors responsibility to inform the patients about how to take care and what needs to be done to cure as soon as possibly. I found that doctors just given a prescription to their receptionist and told to start medicine and nothing else. As a doctors its their responsibility to inform the patients that because of this this problem you are having this issue and to cure this problem you have to do these things along with medicines, for this i asked receptionist that I want to talk with doctor to find out what exactly the issue and then doctor told me the solution, if I didn't asked them they will not going to inform about solution. I means is this seriousness ????? Also when we ask receptionist about the charges and that time she start finding there rate documents and she didn't found that document on that time, when she found that document.....that document is like....even not able to see the rates and what written on that document....its look like they not changed it from very long. Charges are very high,they are charging 650 for 1st time checkup and not even providing files to keep the prescription and receipt also.

Has a very good experience here at Mody Hospital. All the doctors and nurses were so professional and we're humble to explain every clinical details. Greatly satisfied.

My brother Kishan chauhan was suffering from dengue and his platelets were getting lower and lower, then we came to Mody hospital and got admitted under Dr. Praveen mody. I was admitted in Mody hospital for surgical treatment of Cyst. Doctors, nurses and admin and house keeping staff all are very cooperative here. Nurses regularly came to check temperature, BP etc. Solomon from Admin department is especially very cooperative from the admission process to discharge. Infrastructure is somewhat old but hygiene is maintained. Thanks to Doctors and all hospital’s staff for taking good care during hospitalisation.
