Good. . They are running with various offers with discounts and free products.. . Currently they are not offering customer self check out. They have huge lines for billing. This applies when you visit on weekends and public holidays. . Rest of days, you can shop like KING. They have very nice customer support executives attending and assisting you. They have multiple products with different styles and varities. . Some products are little expensive but overall worth your penny. They also run with special membership program for their loyal customer. . Overall good experience.

This store is inside the Viviana Mall . So its fully wheelchair accesaible with lifts. The store contains many brands under one roof. Being branded , the clothes , shoes , accessories , cosmetics, etc are priced high. The staff is helpful. The store is not mych crowded due to price range. Its spread across 2 floors. The quality is not that much as compared to the price. The material of dresses and all is mostly not sustainable or organic. They do have some membership discounts from time to time but the membership is not free.

We had gone for normal store shopping and we found shoppers stop a much better option as it had more discounts and offers. We got the same shoes for 1200 which were costing 1950 on normal road side outlets. Taste of clothing range is rich and premium as compared to other inhouse brands in Viviana mall

When I visit in beauty products counter at their the staff is not guiding about the product or not given any information. Such a rude behaviour towards the Viviana Staff which I doesn't like even Viviana staff want to buy a product but after this misbehaving they are leave the counter so sad this is done second time as Viviana staff said. it's their work to give proper guidance to everyone either it's customers or a Viviana staff so bad & Verse to shoppers stop staff!!😏

We had seen a cabin bag online which was showing store pick up from Viviana mall. As we reside in south Mumbai and to make it sure that they have the stock, we had called them and the staff in charge of the luggage section confirmed the availability. Upon arriving the store, we were told that they have nine pieces and all the nice are defective. First off all if the pieces are defective, why do you show it in your inventory, secondly the staff handling the section should be aware about the same. All we got was a sorry from the Manager incharge. At least have the courtesy of arranging the same from other stores and deliver the it to the customers door for inconvenience caused to them. Very disappointing shoppers stop…..

I m a black card holder, I generally buy maximum watches, this rime had a terrible experience. They play with MRp , on counter they say 30% off and at billing they say it has 10% , it took hell lot of time where i had clarity of peice I wanted as I buy regular and it was repeated. Online the price is different. They play with mrp and offers if customer is 1at time visitor he will endure making loss of minimum 4k Just be aware before buying

Bought e voucher of rs 5000. till date not received. have sent email to customer service. Have sent email to grievance support. Spoke to customer executive. more than 45 days. NO help. Can't believe we have got cheated by a company of such repute Still not resolved!!!!!!!

It was great experience stock is also fresh and have variety. I bought a LP jeans recently from there great quality and fresh in stock arbaaz guy working there is very helpful and helped me in getting my jeans altered quickly as possible on same day. He was very friendly and helpful

Bought a Flying Machine jeans from Shoppers stop and it worn out near the pockets within couple of months had hardly used it. Complained at customer service, sent an email yet to hear from them. They just advise we will get back to you however no one responds. 😔

Had been to Shoppers Stop today at Viviana Mall, Thane around 6:00-6:30 PM. After completing my shopping, the worst part was billing. Being Monday and Sale period going on, there was only 1 person at billing counter against 6. On being asked, they said being Monday we have limited staff at billing counter. What kind of service was that ? I do understand that monday falls after weekend which usually catches heavy footfalls but the store could have kept 4 billing counter operational instead of keeping just 1.

Men have a good option, but ladies may not find good options here. Few clothes seem very old. The store should look at their stock and remove old or non moving stock The service is good and staff is courteous

Lovely place to shop for all age groups. It's within one of the best malls in Thane called Viviana. If you have their membership, you can reimburse the parking ticket amount whilst at their counter once you are done shopping.

Very rude and unhelpful staff, especially at Levi's and Spykar jeans section. Even the bill desk guys are very unpleasant to talk to, they are always in such a mood. Next time I better go to Lifestyle.

Lots of offers going on in clothing section also Good collection bags, perfumes, watches and sun glasses. Courteous staff and good ambience. Overall a very nice experience. Situated in Viviana mall which is at a prime location with ample of parking space.

The collection and offers on clothes is really really good. One thing is they try to ignore to provide service of steam iron. They say all the machines are not in working condition so won't be possible to do steam iron. But i asked to call manager , he went and did the steam iron.

The store had a weird smell, I guess because of the AC not working or something. The staff at the billing were pressuring too much to buy a paid membership card even after denying it for 3-4 times. I made a quick getaway after making a purchase. Didn't feel like exploring the place because of the above experience.

Shoppers stop had many clothing, makeup, bag, watch, footwear, and apparel brands which you would get in mega discount. Also they would provide with makeup trial which makes easier to shop. The perfumes present near billing counter were also really good. The only problem was that near some clothing brands there was no one to attend and with some other brands too many attenders present which could be a slight problem but other than that Great shopping experience. A stop shop for everything you need.
