One of the worst hotels we stayed in. First of all the owner provided us different stay than the one we booked. We had booked a bnb and what we received had nothing just a 2BHK apartment. Facilities are worst. No cleanliness, rooms were smelling like anything. The staff are very arrogant. They talked so rudely with us bcs we had booked the dinner from outside. One day there was no water supply, we had to manage somehow to use washroom. Overall only view was good and nothing.

We had a very comfortable stay with the family. Rooms were comfortably large, staff was helpful and attentive. Lake view from the terrace is awesome. Everything is at a walking distance. We took a stroll around the lake in the morning and evening. Caretaker lit the fire in the evening to cope up with the chilling cold, we enjoyed the conversations around it. I enjoyed working from a remote place in the soothing sunny day without a networking glitch. Kids loved the place, nearby garden, lake and had a fun time. Overall a superb comfortable stay.

Lake view from property was very gud. Rooms were spacious. Staff was gud . Property was pet friendly nd easy to approach. Roof top view was fantabulous. Everyone should stay their if they came bhimtal. Me n my family enjoyed a lot over their.

Upvan inn is a beautiful, cozy place situated away from the hustle of the city life.The view of bhimtal and the mountains from the balcony and rooftoop is mesmerizing. You can sit there for hours watching the floating clouds taking turns with the wind over the lake. The hosts were super friendly and extended all possible help and support needed during the stay. They also joined us in the evening and played some beautiful songs. The place is well connected with the road and have parking space too. Wifi works well and the food is great. Would definitely love to visit them again.

Spent a couple monsoon days at this amazing hotel in Bhimtal near to Nanital. The staff was absolutely humble and efficient - the service was great with taste of home food the mountain way. Finally and most importantly, the views, the flora & fuana and beauty could not he described in words. Highly recommended to visit the place for a heavenly experience.

We had an amazing vacation, i am very impressed by the staff and their attentiveness to our wants and details regarding our vacation. Wonderful hospitality, wonderful team. It's a perfect place to stop over when exploring the nature and hills and the view you get is just heavenly. It was a wonderful experience at Upvann. The apartments are spacious and neat with beautiful scenic view of the Bhimtal Lake. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Definitely a must go if you are looking for a good stay.

Beautiful Combination of Lake View, Good Taste & Cozy Rooms The property is far from the chaos and mountain traffic, Mesmerizing lake view from Room and Terrace. My Friends were very impressed with the way the staff take care of everything we asked for.

It's a nice property with a great view of the lake from the balcony. I deducted 2 stars because they didn't tell us that the room with the balcony didn't have an attached washroom. Though it's just outside of the room, it's very inconvenient for a few people who don't like to go out of the room in the middle of the night to do personal business. Second thing it takes time to deliver a meal to your Room and also they have to collect utensils late at night. No matter if you are tired or sleeping. They will knock and collect it. They didn't even tell guests to keep it out so that they could collect it from there.

Stayed there for two weeks. These were the most amazing two weeks of my life (I am 66 years old) . The staff is so friendly and food is out of world. Located near the Bhimtal lake, it has amazing view from balcony. I miss having tea on terrace everyday and the evening walks by the lake. If life permits, will want to visit again. The location is not that suitable for people not accustomed to winding slope roads especially for non resident elderly. The room was fine although the bed gave me major back pain(possibly my issue) and the tv also wasn't working and we also let it go cause we didn't needed it. Coming to good things, the staff,mainly Sunil was courteous and helpful, the food cooked at the inn was simple but delicious. The best thing about Upvan inn is the gorgeous view from their roof top. It's stunning. There is space enough for you to sit down and enjoy also. Overall a good experience.

Perfect chilling and quiet stay for the location. You will get the best view of the lake from your balcony and the roof. Services and hospitality are also really good. Food is great and home like and prices are also normal. Would surely recommend everyone to stay here if you visit bheemtal

This was the second time I was traveling with my pet and was a little apprehensive about finding a pet friendly hotel but Upvan Inn is so good with pets that I was immediately relieved of all stress after meeting the staff there. Specially Sunil who really looked after us very well and was there to tend to all needs of my dog. Plus the location of the hotel is fantastic! You can see the entire lake from their rooftop. The rooms are comfortable and there's availability of vegetarian food. I would definitely stay here again.
