I had my cousin's wedding at the Hotel Heritage banquet hall, everything was perfectly managed by the hotel team, awesome decoration done at the bride-groom stage wall. Even the food was quite good. Coming to the ambience, the space is not suitable for 500 to 700 people, it would be well suited for 200-300 people. The spaces quiet less but the ambience is peaceful, the amazing part is that the marriage hall and dining is opposite in separated space which makes crowd free environment. Catteress management is bit slow.

It's always a pleasure to come and dine at heritage hotel. I love the non veg tandoori plater, butter chicken and chicken biryani here. The staff is good. It is always clean. And good quality food. Highly recommend to all the food lovers of city.

A Birthday party was organised on 2nd August 2023, menu finalized was not served , Servicing and other arrangements like Mike functioning and Projector display was not proper and there was very poor co-ordination amongst the staff and servicing assistants. Manager Mr Bharti who took the booking didn't pay any attention at all.

First time I visited Hotel Heritage Nagpur. I was very excited to enjoy the quality time n food there. Only Veg soup was good and tasty. In main course meal, only rice , papad , gulab jamun worthy. No taste in chapati, ice cream, vegitables even plain pulses lack of salt. Ambiance was good. My humble request to hotel please upgrade taste.

The hotel staff is absolutely irresponsible. The tariff is not cleared while checking in and is doubled while checking out even after confirming more than thrice about the actual amount. While booking please get it in written the amount total that is to be paid as they trick you while checking out

Hotel ambience is good, It's one of my favourite Hotel in Nagpur. So many times I have visited in this Hotel. With family with friends.

This is one of the worst hotels one can stay in Nagpur. The air conditioning does not work well. The food is priced high and is not of a matchimg quality. A very rundown hotel which has better days and needs a serious overhaul. They entice customers with low room tarrifs and price everything else exhorbitantly. Had booked on the recommendation of someone who stayed their a long time. back.

Heritage is really bharatiya heritage. Ambience is good, staff is very receptive and polite . Food is divine. I have had such consistent quality in food rarely. The concessions are huge and they give what is promised. Told my children and they were impressed. And travel very frequently here and outside. Loved it.

Staff behave like they are serving food for free, very very bad experience, if I have choice to rate in minus I will definitely give -10, room service is also very poor. My experience staying in this hotel is very bad.

Went with the team out for dinner, the ambience was antique, chairs were firm and offered a great seating position.. Food and beverages were okay not very economical but within reach...but the curdrice was too good we repeated it.

Very poor show. Non courteous staff, no manners while serving food, no proper parking space, they park on road with no security of your vehicle. Quality of food, overall upholstery is very old and poor, halls are small. Poorly dressed guard at gate. Overall sorry state.

Hotel is centrally located. Closer to Sitaburdi, Civil Lines, Sadar, Station or Airport. Rooms were good and Food was absolutely superb. Staff are polite and flexible. No issues throughout the stay. Breakfast has variety and absolutely Healthy.

They don't serve Halal non veg. And the good thing is that when I asked about Halal and jhatka, the order taker clearly mentioned it's Not Halal sir. So I had to go for Veg. But they are charging 28 Rs for a 20 Rs Bisleri Bottle
