Food's taste is good enough but still it can be improved and services was not up to the mark. Good hospitality, staff members are humble and friendly nature

The place is 10-15 from railway station..it is under construction right now .but the service is really nice and staff is very good. Room is spacious and right now it's almost 5 mins a ay from bhilwada chomasa centre where currently guruaharaj Mahashramji is staying ... overall inwould like to give it 4.5 rating for the service of the staff esp Sagarika who was really approachable and helpful.

The place has wonderful room, with mini fridge, kettle, tea and coffee packets,also good washroom .Apart from these the lounge and restaurants and hall are also good .it also has a beautiful garden.

Our family hosted a get-together here and our experience with this place was terrible! I don’t think the owners or the incompetent management of this place care for customers at all. Please save your time and money and stay away from this place.

Pathetic service, Don't go in any rush day because they think u will eat whatever they serve. Pathetic food. Worst experience for any non rush period the food is expensive but taste is good but forget everything good u read in reviews if u r going on day when more than 50% of tables are occupied or even booked for some reason

I don't have a option to select the minus star otherwise i will definitely give them that, I was in business tour and taken rest for this hotels but they counting played the Disco theque without thinking any others customers who stay here for the piece of mind. I have complained two times in nights then also no response, I personally suggest never staying here if you are in business tour.

Very good restaurant and I like the food they served, try Nargisi Kofta, its taste is very good.

Very pleasant staff and excellent ambeimce, room size is good and staff is also good in behaviour, Mr Pralahad who is manager at reception is very supportive and customer oriented.

Hotel radiance is good facilities. Room service is good and best food. Hotel radiance staff is good behaviour.

Staff is un-professional. Service is too slow even when only our table was occupied. Food portion is too small even though prices are very high. Don't ask for green salad, it's not freshly cut but kept in freedge for hours so tatselss and cold. Not advisable.to waste money and time there.
