Beware of cheaters and liars.worst experience in my entire life journey.No cameras for your security.The Reception boy cheated me for Rs 1000/-.Today morning I have checked in 6 Am after finding this hotel with good reviews at websites Room charged 1000 rs for AC room I have given the guy 2000 rs note he told I dont have change will give you back after changing the money.The guy didn't came I thought he will payback after checkout. At evening I have received my cloth from laundry & haved dinner othe staff member came for bill payment I told that I have already paid 2000 as advance check with reception after a while the guy again came told you have only paid 1000.I got shocked asked the morning guy and argued with him about the change I didn't received any money from you shown my wallet for proof for evidence I Told to view the camera and check the footage then only I came to know that cameras are not available in this premises spoken with the owner argued with him also but not received any proper answer requested to come and meet but obviously he was his side.Beware lone travellers before trusting anybody at final it's all about you hard earned money...I lost?

I am really excited about hotel Mamta palace located at Bhilwara. So luxurious and bigger rooms and better hospitality services. Thanks to hotel Mamta and service provider OYO for given perfect service.

Very Nice hotel with clean room. Very near to Roadways bus station . All market is near for shopping. Staff is also Good. I recommend this hotel for stay at Bhilwara.

Worst experience.! No cctv recording, identity proof was missing by the reception. No hot water/geyser. Please never plan to stay here.

It's not actually OYO hotal anymore. Pro : low price. Con: Expect to have rodent issue. Not sanitary room and toilet. Not working TV. Out of range WIFI. Not enough staff

Hotel is good...but don't book from oyo.I have booked on oyo and at check in time hotel said they have rate issues with oyo.oyo customer care was not receivit my call.so after so many arguments I had to pay extra money to get room

Near to Bus stand makes it more convincing. Walkimg distance from Bus station. Affordable prices. Nice rooms.
