This place is really beautiful and has great ambiance. It has lots of greenery and largest podium garden in Mumbai. Security guards of Group7 are vey unprofessional and possess negative behaviour.

It's no doubt one of the best residential areas of Powai. It provides a peaceful life to it's residents which is very difficult to find in this hustle bustle of Mumbai. It's filled with various amenities for leisure and marvelous gardens for all age group. The residential complex is filled with greenery. There are few problems with this complex too which doesn't make this place perfect. The place requires regular maintenance which is provided but still not at the level it needs. The place though private isn't really private as it has several entry/exit points.
