Society is good but society chair person is very annoying person not sure what are there ideology they love poking nose in others personal affairs.. They used to do jasoosi through Maid and watchmens. Event they love charging for anything u can never think of. Specially please beware of flat 201 owner kamla Sudhir ..he is one of a kind will suck blood out of you mentally and monetary. He thinks that he has rights to go inside the flat without consenting the renter. So, advice you to be careful.

I am staying here on rent since last two years. Society maintenance is quite good. No big water problem. Building construction is good. Building was created in 2013 i think.

Best society (A B C wings) that provides good maintenance of swimming pool. Hardly faced any water shortage in the society that too when motor went for repair. Management is good. Guest parking is outside. Some flats does not get sunlight while east and west facing do get ample sunlight.

Well maintained with amenities and clean working lift. Parking for visitors is outside. Parking for residents is with and without shelter as you like. Apartments only available for families. Close proximity to market and Pancard Club road which has every kind of shop.

Came here as a renter and ended up buying the flat that I was residing in. Every place has its own share of pros and cons. What you need to measure is what pros you need and are they available. The building construction is rock solid. Society has good residents. On Pancard Club road, near to High Street, the location is prime, quiet and peaceful. Has markets, malls, hospitals, schools, gym, etc. within reach.

A well maintained society. Close to all sorts of amenities and yet in a residential lane which makes is a comfortable and convenient place for both working singles and families.

Very well maintained. Construction of the flat is good. I liked the plan except one flat I visited forgot have terrace to hall but to bedroom.This is common nowadays. I prefer that hall should have terrace/ balcony.

Bestest school in Baner. Very helpful staff. Well educated and down to earth.Even the daycare facility is the best.We as parents are least worried about our son.Thank you to all the teachers and all Didi's / Kaka.

Very nice and well maintained society. Club house, gym and swimming pool operational. Peaceful living. Location is best feature can enter from highway and Baner road.
