I went with high grade fever and shivering, she did nothing to regulate me just took my temperature, ( which without her telling me I knew was on the higher side), yelled at my husband saying you should have booked teleconsulting. Before taking her appointment my husband had mentioned that it was urgent. She referred me to Phoenix hospital made sure she called the Dr over there and tell them she was sending a patient to be admitted (obviously to take her cut). Now this was not enough without doing anything or even being useful she charged us 600Rs. Thanks Dr Aparna for not doing anything. Very weird incident happened with me. I visited the doctor for a quick checkup for my cold. After the 4-5 min of the check up the receptionist told me total fees is 500. I gave her 600 cash(3 notes of 200) and the receptionist told me she doesn’t have change. When she went to ask the doctor for change, the doctor changed the fees to 600 saying it was first time Consultation ( even though i have visited this clinic thrice before for other treatments). Its wrong on so many levels that i was made to pay extra just because they didn’t have change. This is major integrity issue and even though the i find her treatment effective I wouldn’t visit this clinic again. The whole point of this review was that she took extra 100 rs just because she was lazy to find change. Nobodys asking for her extra attention. This is funny that the doctor herself is saying dont come to me i am a specialist. Basically its my mistake that i trusted this doctor is what she is saying. Nobody is telling you to give me extra time. I waited for 15mins for you to complete your consultation with the other patient. So no need to give false information.

Dr. Aparna is very nice person, easily accessible, correct diagnosis and suggest easy solutions.No need to be panic. She had treated my wife Meena Singh for Dengue . She treated me very well when I became Covid-19 positive on 10 Jan 22. You can comfortably contact her over phone even in odd hours to seek her advise when you are experiencing some health issues.
