Typical Domino's. Crowded and Costly. If you live in Badlapur and you like pizza, I would recommend you "The Pizza Place" located in Belavali which is far better in taste and rate wise.

We've taken Take Way and it was little bit oky i mean just a little bit fast I could say. Over all it's a good dinning place as well, hygienic and n clean. Although idk why bt my personal opinion is the servers there was pretty rude for no reasons, but it always happened with Domino's that the server's they choose are pretty rude to customers. We had ordered Non-veg Pizza Mania Party Combo & Creamy Tomato Pasta Veg from this outlet. Domino's is providing good deal on combo. Pasta dish was very dry, we had to make modifications of our own to the dish to make it palatable. We received regular size pizzas in the combo which is sufficient for 3-4 persons depending on one's appetite. The toppings were less in two pizzas, hardly 9 chicken sausage toppings & 8 paneer toppings. Overall the taste of the pizzas was excellent.

Very poor service. There are too less staff so it took 30mins to serve 1 pizza. There's no good facility given to customers; the ACs are not working, the walls are leaking even the ketchup was not given. Too bad experience.

The very first sight was the messy kitchen area. The cashier greeted us with a statement, "order ko 25 - 25 minute lagega" we were okay with it and gave our order to not so friendly cashier and proceeded towards dinining area. this place is another sight to behold... the chairs broken, the tables were not clean, had stains which may have been there for long time. air-conditioner was not working. no music and the televion was off. such poor ambience is not expected from an international brand outlet. their washrooms were out of service and blocked with over-filled garbage bin. now if you give me an excuse that you people were short of staff then i must say, this was a perfect sign of poor management. dominos please take note. PS. We ordered 3 water bottles and specifically instructed them not to give us cold water yet they gave us cold bottles, reasons only known to them. Boneless chicken nuggets was served without sauce and the sauce bottle kept on the table hardly had any sauce in it.

First of all their service is poor when it comes to Home delivery. I have ordered from Zomato and Cheesy Dip was missing so I immediately informed to zomato but they said it's Dominos call. Till today no one even responded for the same. Also when I received the food. All the boxes were open. The seal on boxes were open and also all the Pizza's were cold. Now, the third issue is after eating those me and my family started facing stomach ache problem for next two days. I suggest don't order from them.

Poor higiene is maintained.. There were No tissues and handwash in toilet. Such brand and no higiene😞 Poor. Taste isn't upto the mark. Take more 50/- from each customer but please maintain higiene.. Common same badlapur has KFC n mcD.

Worst Delivery service ever domino's store in badlapur katrap charging 53 rs to deliver our order but after accepting our order they denied for delivery because of their boundary issue its just 11 min distance from the store very very rude staff & delivery executive if they are not delivering the order they should not accept the order

Hi, We ordered golden corn pizza and the pizza was not at all hot. Also there was no oregano available.The pizzas was so hard and was hard to chew the pizza. The staff of them was so rude. I would now prefer pizza hut instead of dominos.Also if you are charging a heavy amount pls provide a quality food.

The only (semi) decent thing here is food. Customer service is below par. Cashiers are rude/ inattentive and in their own world ignoring the people waiting in que. The mandatory seasoning was provided after asking for.

I guess after some time they will just put toppings at centre only like jimjam biscuits... Grow up guys

Very bad service, order taker girl not taking order on time she was doing her stuff, i was standing there more than 5 min, and then she realized someone is waiting front of her and after that she took my order, i got my order after 25 min. Very disappointed with the service. Even pizza is not that much hot. Its like warm pizza.

Seems to be this isn’t the original Dominos, staff has hardly knowledge about the products. Pizza is worst. Garlic bread stix ultimate worst! Dominos please!

Worst Ambiance , sitting , washroom messed up not clean and non working washroom , staff dont know how to handle customer’s , water on the floor ac was not working properly on the 1st floor not even cleaned table , the place dont want you to sit and have your food the just want you to take away your food and let them rest or chill the whole time

This joint does not have proper internet connectivity, the debit/credit card machines do not work, UPI payments cannot be made as internet connectivity is not there, so was forced to with draw cash from nearby ATM and make payment for my order, Basically they are totally relying on orders online as the Resturant first floor was closed and they were busy fulfilling orders from online. In this urgency one of the staff making the pizzas was not wearing Gloves and was using bare hands to make the pizzas yuck !!!!!

Absolute rubbish service,....we called 25 mins continuously but no one answered...upon somehow reaching the outlet to collect my take away order.... staff started yelling at us....saying order has been ready for long and dumped cold pizzas on our face........their app given number was neglected by staff there and they told us they we were busy taking calls...while it kept ringing continuous and no one bothered to answer the call.........jaahil gawker staff hai iss outlet ka.....bloody na phone pe baat karne ki tameez na khudka kaam sahi se karne ka tareeka hai.....bunch of idiots

Very poor food handling Worst taste Poor quality Garlic bread sticks were uncooked Smelling bad. Wastage of money If you are thinking to go , i recommend you to avoid this branch Washroom Is out of stock but they use it Uncleaned Unhygienic Poort management worst branch of domino's and pizza ever had.

Ordered online pizaa product was very bad in condition and submitted feedback against it the staff are very bad in servicing. Will never visit badlapur branch ,unexpected service from Dominos.

Dominos had increase prices of their Pizzas but Quality getting down day by day....On the Paneer Pizza they use Paneer only for Show 4-5 pics .Staff was very arrogant.

The pizza was extremely dry and underbaked and the garlic bread basically had no taste of garlic. The peri peri chicken had little to no flavor of peri peri. Overall, everything was poor quality.

I ordered 2 tomato pizza and one Margherita i have been eating for long but this time they deliver 2 pizza with not having cheese itself Margherita one was useless never buy many just order single pizzas in store or visit and eat there

I really like Dominos pizza and its awesome service. The pizza was really awesome and very delicious. The service too was really good.

Decent pizza if ordered before 9pm. After that, they start to run of out ingredients. I ordered a creamy tomato pasta pizza and it had zero tomato slices on it(check the attached pic). Other times I would add choco lava cake but would get moouse cake or brownie cause they ran out of lava cakes.
