One of the most unprofessional places. They like to make their customers wait till they wish. They get a sense of undue importance in that. No consideration for senior citizens. The only reason theu are thriving is due to the large amount of government accounts and salary accounts of government employees. Else they would not stand in the market for their professional behaviour

the behavior of staff is very rude,they think that they are the owners of the bank and before lunch time the take break , customers has to wait for a long time , as you see in the picture the old people are waiting for the staff to come and attend them,very poor branch.

Worst services , extremely arrogant and rude staffs I had deposited the cheque on 4th of December. Todays it is 18th December and still I have not got my account credited.I am not in a condition to visit the bank so i sent my brother to talk but a lady by the name sneha shouted at him and send him back. I even talked to the person who gave me the cheque he said that the amount is not debited from his account, how can it get credited to my account? How could she shout at my brother without knowing the real issue.?

The staff are uneducated they don't even know how to find out email conversation. Ms. Tajel bhedkar she was very rude. She made me run 1hr here and there. Very useless.

Horrible service, employees do not care if you drop dead. They will walk around your body. They are in their own world, and take 10X the time required to do a small menial task.

Poor and hopeless service. MR. Bane (cash counter executive) declined to deposit the cash by giving foolish reason of sbi card. Even after telling that, i used to deposit amount as usual still declined. Strict action expected.

miss Asmita from this SBI bank was so helpful she's really care for a clients i have notice it ,, and thats very good, we need such people in other banks, i have been in other banks around the wold, but asmiita was the best....

I went to the bank at 8:45 am the bank opened for public at 9 am, i was asked to sit, waited for more then 30 mins because the bank staff was still arriving and doing the setup they need to perform their duties, means they were not ready to serve customers until 9:30. I went to one of the counter to deposit cash they did not have change so asked me to wait for another 10-15 mins, i was also given a rupee less which i accepted, i left the bank at 10 am. It took me almost an hour just to deposit cash. I thought It will be real quick and never thought I will have to spend an hour just to deposit some cash.

Best service,very co operative ,its really nice to work with SBI Jankalyan Nagar Malad West Branch,from Branch Manager,Bank Staff to Bank Guard all are cheerful and helpful ppl,thank you all and hope to continue working in future too 😊🙏👍

🤬SBI!!!! WORST STAFF EVER!!! The staff is very rude here. My mother waited for more than 3 HOURS!! Just to meet the gold loan officer. One first day when she went to the bank. The saff told her to come tomorrow at 11am as the officer was not there. On the next day when she went on time. She was told to wait for 1 to 2 hours. When she asked the reason, the staff rudely told her "Subha jaldhi aana chahiye tha na!!" Is this the way you treat a customer??? Even if some had an emergency you guys would has done the same!!! There are so many NEGATIVE REVIEWS! about STAFF BEING RUDE! but the SBI doesn't seem to care. No wonder no one prefers this bank.

By default I had to give 1 star Since I have shifted out wanted to transfer my account but looking at the behavior just closed my account.....just for account closure they kept me waiting for 1.5 hours ....on raising my voice the branch manager just threw my closure form ...Shame on you guys ...you all don't deserve to be bank employees....

I had my pension work to be done today at the bank and the staff was very full including the branch Manage Ranjish he was very humble to speak indeed he helped us and with few min we had our work done Thanks for such a great customer experience
