The Hotel was nice and pleasant. The breakfast good and loved to service here. And the most favourite thing is that the pool is roof top and big.. It was a good stay.. Thank you so much for the warm welcoming and great service..

Everything was meet my expectations. Room are well cleaned and ambitious. Food was really amazing also room service was always be on time. Front desk staff they are very polite, very helpful and friendly. Location is quite good too.

I visited (5.8.23) with my family for dinner after celebrating birthday of boy. After sitting we welcomed by roasted papad which i have never had anywhere in India, its totally damp papad. I feel very embarrassed. Thereafter i had platter and fish is seemed totally boiled put it in gravy, i just threw that. After that i had chiken which is slightly better than the fish. Thereafter chilly potato which is also average. In the maincourse we had kadahi paneer and chicken biryani those are masa allah, overall its time and money wasting party. Worst part is that there is no washroom in first floor and restaurant area. We have senior citizens and kids with us. They feel so awkward. I mean what kind of designer or planner this hotel has who is totally mindless and brainless, the cook i dont think u have chef, but if u have chefs ask them to visit delhis tilak nagar or rajauri garden to taste the foodor for traning. Whosover is ur owner, i must say they opened this hotel for wasting time and money for others, they r totally mindless people who is not bothered about the taste and basic civic sense. I think this is enough for u people.

Useless place, worst service. We visited with family for my mother's birthday. Tasteless food, empty restaurant, waiting time in between two chapati is more than 15 minutes. Too expensive when compared to quality and quantity. We asked to serve the food, but after that the service boy got misplaced. No washroom on the restaurant floor.

New manager in evening shift is very unprofessional. They charge 4500 per night for a room and no tv channels except the free ones. Won't visit this place ever again. Rooms service is very slow and take hours to respond to respond.

Attended a party function, services were not up to the mark. Waiters were not active and attentive. Rooms are good and clean. Food was just ok. Presentation could be better Should take necessary steps to improve.

We stayed here for an event and it was a horrible experience. The AC wasn’t working and had to call multiple times, the water wasn’t cold, and the room had terrible smell. The service at the event was almost like a very low quality hotel. I am surprised to see such good reviews as it seems the hotel guys did it themselves. Most other people who stayed during the event had similar issues. Be careful before you use this hotel either for staying or an event

By far the best hotel in panipat. It's 20 minutes away from panipat still the service and warmth is worth the everyday commute for a business traveller. I have been traveling for business for over twenty years and this property has exceeded my expectations with respect to the service and attention to details given by the staff in a tier two city. The service matches that of a tier 1 , 5 star property. I had booked along with dinner as there are no good places nearby the hotel for food. The hotel food is excellent and carefully curated. Already I miss the food. I would also like to thank Mr Devindar's team for making my stay very enjoyable. Thankyou Mr Manish, Chef Tiwari, Mr Sachin and Ms Riya. You will see more of me henceforth. If you're a business traveller reading this review or a prospective customer for hosting a party in this Hotel, don't have any second thought, take the plunge and you won't regret. Chef Tiwari's food will not disappoint you. Keep up the great work.

The restaurant staffs are very helping & good. (Specially focused at Sanju, Tiwari ji - cook - chef. The room service team is also very polite & supporting.

Service is very poor and slow. Not able to serve even snacks properly. Manager is just like roaming here and there and just on the Tables having alcohol.

We stayed during 22-24th of November at the hotel during a destination wedding. Most of the experience is worth praising. Property is decent, Facilities are appropriate, Food us adequate, Staff is simple and responsive, Cleanliness is excellent, Everything is smooth. Hotel has around 45 rooms and is , in my view, ideal place and is most suitable for a destination marriage of close families gathering. Thanks Dinesh Gandhi

A comfortable stay but there is no bar. However, there's a wine store just 5 minutes from the hotel. There's a driver stay provided complimentary but some mosquito repellent is required during summer and monsoon season. Meeting hall is of decent size.

We booked their hall for a family function. Very poor experience, below average food quality was served. Many items from menu not served which were promised earlier, fraud in counting of plates. When asked about CCTV footage, they said it's not working. Mr. Ganender also is of no help. They don't care about ur emotions attached to that event. Not recommended to anyone even if it's for free. Only the brand name is there to fool and lure customers. Dont fall for the trap.

Catering in hall for party purpose is very poor, no service tasteless food

Had it been possible to put negative values, i would have give -5 stars to Geeta Sarovar Portico. Pathetic service and impolite staff. They didn't return 10000 worth rs cake instead they kept talking lies then they called us at the venue to return the cake. When we went there they said cake is consumed by staff. We travelled 50 km for the cake and they lied to us. Wont refer anyone.

Hotel is15-20 min away from the Panipat Industrial area & city. Rooms are spacious, lightning is proper. Breakfast & other delicacies are good, served portion is adequate, the Chef customize dishes according to request precisely. Staff is polite & the hotel is plastic bottle free.

Mis management in serving food at function, No designated person who will take responsibility for it. Please do not pay them whole amount before function. Not served whole item committed in menu They spoil our function of 11 feb Make false commitment

Nice hotel for an off the highway experience. Staff was kind and attentive. Rooms was clean and had all the basics. Restaurant was good and food seems to be safe. Breakfast was not my favorite. During the day it looks a bit run down from the outside, at night it glows like a castle. Will stay again when I come to the area for business
