Such a miserable and frauds staff and owner!! Had booked and paid for two rooms through OYO from HYD and went with family (with ladies)hoping there was everything fine and reached there around 8 PM and when asked for rooms and they it all filled and asked us to get refund with OYO. While we were talking to customer care they gave rooms to someone else for higher price with our booking ID(Immediately showed as checked-in) which made our refund process get more difficult. Don’t go to this hotel and stay away from these scam.

Greedy staff who ask to cancel and online booking and ask customer to pay higher prices. Avoid at all costs. Do not pay n stay also which will be a miserable stay in your life

The hotel is very nice and clean, I have visited on this weekend with family, there are more type of rooms, best place for stay and with good security

Worst experience constant power cuts and no reception number to call for room service
