Perfect place for having breakfast, lunch and dinner at this place. Very good and fast service and this place is maintained very cleanly and restrooms are maintained very well. The food is very tasty and the price is very reasonable. Kids can have a lot of fun activities and this is a perfect place to stop over and take a few hours break.

Worst place ever. Ordered two chicken biryani one mutton biryani one South Indian thali one chicken majestic, none of them were served hot. The food was too cold when asked about it the waiters were very rude and made us to wait for another 15 mins. The main course was served first and the starters were served last. Even the taste isn’t good compared to the price.

Just beside highway is location highlight. You can find VIVERA on almost all highways. I had coffee... Taste is just awesome. Place is also very big and have toys shopping for children. Rooms also available for staying. Cafe coffee Day outlet also available in the campus.

It was our first visit to this place however we were tempted a lot due to the advertisement across the area and went with a huge expectations but it turned out to be huge disappointment. For testing purpose, we ordered French fries 🍟for our son and they just dipped them in oil and packed in front of us. Upon asking, the staff was quiet rude in answering and mentioned to us that his dish will be served like this only. Such a non professional and rude answer from this big brand. We will personally never going to visit this place.

Very good restaurant on the highway to Yadadri. Freshly prepared food. Minimum waiting time after placing the order. Many other stores are there for casual shopping. Fresh vegetables are also available. Can buy fresh juices from a separate outlet in the premises. Other in house ready to eat and ready to cook snack stores are also on the premises. Location and parking facilities are also equally good.

Regular place for having breakfast while I’m going to Hyderabad from Warangal. Prices are bit pricey but for the taste it’s worth it. Try Idly and dosa for breakfast and Butter Roti and butter masala for dinner and cafe coffee day also available in this premises parking lot huge good weather atmosphere

It is a wayside restaurant on Warangal Hyderabad road at Bhongiri. You can get South Indian tiffins, lunch, biryani, and other items. The food is tasty, the hotel is very neat and clean. The washrooms are good. Ample parking space available.

They serve amazing tea and coffee. They rely on parking staff and other helpers for parking assistance. The way to hotel is too much confusing without lights in the night time. The management need to take care on that part. Location advantages are great and awe defying. Situated on warangal Highway location and pretty commutable for long journey travellers.

A very busy spot. The restaurant and the amenities are nearly crowded and it looks like you are stuck in a traffic jam. There is no proper service, delivery and experience. The faculty does not care to serve the customer. Horrible. Not sure, why people stop by, unless you love a traffic jam. There is not enough parking space.

I had Lunch here. It's very accessible at Warangal highway. Good n free car parking available. But, food is average in quality as curries are very very spicy. They served unlimited vegetarian meals for Rs 200 in the AC hall. Seating arrangement and AC quality are good. Prompt and good service by them.

Not a recommended restaurant at all. Ordered chicken soft noodles with no vegetables and they gave me chicken noodles with vegetables. My kids were not able to eat it at all. Also ordered a spicy mushroom curry with non buttered roti and they gave me a non spicy mushroom curry and buttered roti. And when I asked for a refund they said it was my fault. Absolutely disrespectful. Never go to this restaurant 🙏🙏🙏😐😐

Not as good as the other Vivera hotels in Vijayawada road. The taste was below average, the ambience is okayish. Too pricey. Restrooms are pretty decent. It has zeon charger.

Perfect for Tiffins, But Not So Much for Main Course I recently visited Hotel Vivera in Bhongir for dinner while we are returning from Yadagirigutta. Decent hotel on warangal highway. Serves all kinds of meals and snacks. Some take away snacks are also available. They have different stalls allowing customers to pick things as they leave. The tiffins here are very tasty and of good quality. But today I have observed that the waiter was really rude to give the menu details rather he would have given me a menu card. This however has car parking some real estate stalls and cafe coffee day stall in it

Parking and approach is good. Food was just normal. Serving staff needs to be trained well. They just look at you struggling to serve yourself but don't come forward to serve. Had vegetable biryani and it was not good. They constructed a new hotel just opposite to this and may be just focusing on that.

Nice and tasty food. We had nan , chicken Manchurian and butter chicken . All items tasted nice. Neatly maintained. Service is good. Staff are polite. Rates bit costly...good parking facility ....

I took vegetarian meals along with my family members on 29.06.2023 while coming back to Hyderabad from Yadadri Temple. It's good.

I stayed here for 3 nights, 4 days. The rooms are spacious and have all amenities that one needs in a hotel. Housekeeping is also doing a great job! But you have to buy bottled water, they don't give it complimentary. Also dining customer experience and food preparation has to be improved.

Oh my God , one of the worst hotel found on highway and run by caveman with barbarian waiters. Management will force u to eat what is left over in the kitchen. Everyone time and health is precious . Don’t waste your time money in this dirty place .

Visited this hotel while returning from Yadadri. The waiting time is more. We waited so long for the waiter to come and take our order. Overall, food is good, and the environment is 👍

Once upon a time Vivera was this stop on NH163 which felt like home. Greetings from employees to the homely food. It has now become a Hotel with very bad quality food and arrogant employees who don’t care about you since they have handful customer base. After a decade of being a loyal customer, I am hereby stopping from going there and advice people who care about taste and respect to stop from going.

Good service and food. Ok bathrooms, better than many other places. Lunch meals veg and egg noodles were good. Morning dosa and excellent coconut chutney.

Service was good and food quality & taste is also improved. Tried only breakfast now sure how is the quality & taste of meals and other items. They had a small play zone for kids. If they add fast charging for cars it would improve travel of EV vehicles between Hyderabad & warangal.

A great place to stop and enjoy coffee/tea or a nice hot dosa or idly wada while traveling between Warangal and Hyderabad. They have a dinner menu with some Chinese and North Indian food. I wish the highway had an exit on the North bound side of NH 163 or a nearer U turn or a service road to prevent people taking a short cut to get here.

We stopped by for lunch on our way to Yadagirigutta. The place was busy and smelled great. I ordered the south indian thali and lime soda. Food was fresh and very tasty. Loved the curries, sambar and above all the tomato chutney. The dessert was sagoo+rice payasam...perfectly sweetened. Will go back again when i can.

Ghee Karam Dosa and Idly were amazing. Tea and coffee beverages are on par with major tea joints. This place is perfect for travelers. It got ample parking spaces, shops and bathrooms. Got 2 electric charging points, however it's always occupied and pretty hard to find a spot.

Service was quick.. Food is tasty and premises were clean and neat.. There was huge crowd.. Its was near by yadadri temple.. Many stalls consisting of books, idols, hand crafts, eatables, kitchen wear, toys, handbags were available as well.. Well maintained.. People visiting the temple can have their food here as it is near and far on the way to temple.. Price is affordable..

Located to the side of the National Highway. There are many good food options available. The price is little more than outside but the food quality is good. You have an ev charge station available here as well.Good place for a 10 mins break.

End up stopping here only because of the convenient location. The Biryani was really bad and the service was extremely bad. The waiters don't attend to you and you're left with no option but to try and call them each time one of them passes by. The washrooms are neat and have ample parking space. But thanks to the food and uncourteous service I've decided that I won't step in here again.

The best restaurant on the way to Hyderabad to warangal to Hyderabad.We had very hot chicken biryani here at 1030pm. Very good taste .but quantity is very less.2 people can eat 3 plate biryani easily. Quality is too good.
