I don't know whether convenor gulzar budhwani and manager syed is selected or elected but they are ineligible and incapable of managing health centre without proper medical background.They don't respect doctors especially the junior doctors and do personal attacking.The non medico lady convenor who is a beautician by profession and the manager is very much interested to know about other's personal life.syed is a man with a mask who pretends to be good in front and does backbiting.he is highly experienced in creating misunderstandings among doctors.doctor eating in their alloted cabin is made a huge issue as if we are provided a specific room for having food.Nooo!there is no such place and finally we are told to eat in a room where nebulisation , I.V and I.M ,ECG are performed which is highly contaminated zone.Inspite of adjustment and eating there convenor leaves no chance of insulting in front of everyone..She appointed her personal assisstant afsana samnani who is also a beautician has been allowed to work under doctors like a chair side dental assisstant..the one who is incapable of reading an analogue clock time,do basic simplemaths calculations unfortunately had to be trained by us for medical assistance.even then she couldn't even fix a needle to a syringe hub properly&bcz of such negligence a major mishap would have happened..fortunately it was a very narrow escape or else would have been fallen into patients throat.on questioning her seriously about her qualification afsana herself admitted that she is been appointed by gulzar for SPYING on doctors.she is been granted to such an extent where she will be offered leave as per her wish without any replacement .in such scenario myself being a doctor will have to keep my dignity aside and do her job too..the convenor and manager aren't aware of their PA who tried to commit suicide in their own premises bcz of the manipulation and mental pressure given to her by them.whatever PA does,there is no one to inform about her but the only job she does is to spy and pass information.if we speak to other emplyees afsana will get a call at reception to find out..this is management of so called non medicos...the worst management I have ever seen.it is bcz i got to know about all these loop holes they pressurized my senior doctor to fire me without any valid reason&without prior intimation but being doctor I left out of dignity and self respect..I think before upgrading your hc these convenor and manager need to upgrade their mentality..there are many other doctors who are facing similar problems.complaints have already been given at bombay headoffice but there is no response yet..hope for a change...and rating 5 stars for your own place and business is illegal

I had my physiotherapy done by Dr. Sarafaraz. He is one of the best physios in Hyderabad. I had pain in my neck since 20 days and its subsided now coz of his amazing treatment. Moreover, he has shown some exercises to be done in home which I hope shall be extremely helpful as well. Thanks Sir!

Worst experience. I had faced so much of trouble because of the lady on reception . I booked my booster dose on a particular date however they denied to provide me the booster saying the booster is finished. Next day again i called them, the lady told me to come when i was on my way in the morning she gave me the another time slot of afternoon. Moreover instead of being apologetic she was arguing with me and talking in an extremely rude way and then she hung up the call. This kind of service is not expected from any health centre when the vaccination doses are the requirement of every citizen. Kindly tell your staff to be nice and communicate properly. Such behaviour is not acceptable at all.

its all commercialise .. Doctors over here only looks at reports tht done in their lab. staff is not coperative . does not have manners to speak to patient & attender .

Dr.Rajitha (Dermatologist) skin specialist Her line of treatment is superb. In the month of September 2022 my mother was suffering from Herpes Zooster a type of skin infection . Today she is feeling better and she has prescribed the medicine which was really help my mother a lot.God bless her.

Worest service from Resepection she is not haveing the way of talking in the phone and when if the any Serionor citizens they will put any age and when we send the pic of copy they never reply back I don't know the name but she is very ruff when she talk on phone nobody reply on this sms and she is from kompally health center plz look in to this give this responsibility to good and educat person other vices nobody will come to health center

It’s a nice place to visit for dental care. Loved the work and recommendations of DR Nikita and assistant Karishma but the receptionist were really rude with the colleagues while patient still standing in front which is unacceptable. Overall the whole experience was really good.

My experience with this health centre is very poor. They are charging very high prices for everything. They actually need improvement especially with staff behaviour. Staff will behave as if we are not paying a penny for the treatment. Very bad behaviour of every staff i have seen. They should keep in mind that they are working with ‘Aga Khan’, this health centre is getting title of Aga khan. Additionally, though you are charging nominal fees but if the patient is coming on very next day, staff is charging again those same amount. Please do proper check on the staff and I request you all not to spoil Aga khan’s names 🙏🏻

For physiotherapy, I thoroughly recommend Dr. Sarfaraz. I had an ACL injury, which was causing issues with my left knee. My range of motion and knee strength have both improved thanks to the doctor's great support. Since the beginning of the practise, there has been a notable improvement.
