No impact of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan can be witnessed here, no dustbins, people spit here and there. Though it has been renovated but still much more work is required. Atleast officials should do something for maintaining cleanliness and the support from passengers is equally required. Tip- Beware of stray animals and especially from monkeys. Well at present the infrastructure is good and well planned. But in actual roadways is not using this infrastructure. There are dedicated Lay-Bays for the specific routed buses. But still bus stand here and there irrationally. Now in field of cleanliness, just forget about the cleanliness. And also washrooms are there but don't dare to use them Untill unless you want to vommit. No seating arrangements for passengers. No one is there to help at inquiry. You better have to depend upon either other bus drivers or conductors .

Bus Station is moderate clean and spacious enough. There are frequent buses for Delhi and Bareilly. Bus for other city or town is also available here.

We have an infrastructure here in terms of Bus Stand but looks 0 management here. Buses are not properly parked at their mentioned stands. My self was struggled a lot to find the bus. Suggestion for travelers: Do your own research on the bus stand as the inquiry counter looks empty always. Apart from mentioned stands check the buses in front of the bus station. As all the bus operators stand them upfront for prior fulfillment. You are able to find connected buses easily but do your own research.

Bus stand having large open place, Cleanliness is not proper at bus stand.. Sitting arrangement for the passenger is not upto the mark... You can get Bus for kanpur, Agra, Mainpuri, ETA, Hardoi all the time but bus for Shahjahanpur 4:30AM to 7 PM...

Poor space management. No proper parking plan for buses, no display boards, no one care for cleanliness. Dirty platforms with smell of urine all around. What a waste of money and resource. I can understand why they dismantled so many shop if they were not intended for something better.
