😠 I made a terrible decision by going for their membership Not sure about their other centers, but Galleria center has very few slots for Boxing and HRX. Its especially difficult to find my the choice of my workout after 7PM which is when most people get free from their work. Same scenario on weekends... People often mention class, fitness, center, trainers,

I made a terrible decision by going for their membership Not sure about their other centers, but Galleria center has very few slots for Boxing and HRX. Its especially difficult to find my the choice of my workout after 7PM which is when most people get free from their work. Same scenario on weekends as well. Also, sometimes there is a waitlist for the workout and you dont get a slot. I do not understand what's the use if after paying 10k for 3 months, its hard to find a slot for the workout of your choice.

I had a very bad experience at the Cult Galleria center. It looks like the center location had changed to another spot in Galleria itself. They still had a board for the older location seeing which I entered the center and then got to know that the center location was changed. I had booked a class for 5PM and because of this confusion , I reached the new location center at around 5.06 PM but was denied entry as I was late. Moreover, they deducted one day from my membership for a no show when clearly , they were at fault for not even removing the old board. This is unprofessional on the part of Cult.

Update: Just attended their yoga session. This is not power yoga but definitely a good class for those looking to start yoga and set a consistent fitness schedule. The instructor is really good - instructions are easy to follow and the poses will build your strength and flexibility. However if you have been doing power yoga ( P90X, Ultimate Yoga, etc. ), you'd find this class slow and not nearly as challenging This a new fitness center started under the HRX brand. What drew me to the fitness center was the variety of workouts offered. They also had free trial classes and I had signed up for S&C. Full disclosure: I would probably be at the lower end of the fitness spectrum - with yoga and light jogging being the only exercise I do maybe 2 -3 times a week. But the class was sure if strenuous for me. Good thing was the trainer showed us modifications we can do. The way there class is structured is: we have 3 rounds of warm-up ( dynamic hamstring stretch, deadlift, high knees, and sumo squat hold) . That itself started to deplete my strength :p but it was really good with the trainers encouraging you to move and breathe. Post that we did a circuit training sort of exercise. So you do as many reps as you can of the first two exercises ( it was sumo deadlift - I think + mountain climbers) in 12 minutes and then switch to the next set of exercises ( frog jump + toe to head). The exercises are a combo of cardio, core, and strength. So the class definitely delivers on its promise. The trainers ensure your postures are correct, will encourage you ( to either continue or take some rest if you are feeling wozzy). It's surely tiring and the exercises can be modified based on your fitness level. E.g., for the mountain climber I was doing a step while my husband ( who's fitter) was doing the continuous version. The class ended with some static stretching ( phew!) Overall, the class was great, the facilities are good and the price ( while the discounts remain are reasonable). The per class cost for S&C is 450 RS I believe.

A breath of fresh air from the regular gyms. I was a little skeptical to move to a group class model for a gym but in the hindsight, it was the best decision ever. These folks are super organised with some amazing trainers. You get your lazy self here, lock your phones out and go in. Rest assured, these folks will make sure you come out after an amazing workout. All of this,at the tap of a button from your phone. In terms of results, I have seen better results than my previous attempts at fitness. The model pushes you to your limits and the trainers ensure that you get personal attention. I would highly recommend this to any fitness enthusiast out there looking for some fitness while having loads of fun. More power to you, cult.

The place is good, although a few space issues but the upkeep of the place is perfect. The trainers are amazing and so is the support staff. There is ample parking space in the galleria parking area, especially in the mornings. The centre is however not wheelchair accessible as you need to climb up 3 flights of stairs. Go out... and sweat it all out ;)

This place has opened up recently. It is super crowded and if you don't book two days in advance you probably won't find place. The classes are okay. I like boxing conditioning, s&c. I don't like HRX since it isn't very strenuous. The people working out alongside aren't very inspiring. The coaches are really nice though. They make your huddle up in the end and scream 'we are cult '. I find that really lame and annoying.

A really genuine fitness centre with 'trained' trainers having professional athletic experience. I recommend for people who get bored in regular gym after few weeks. Group classes solve usual gym problems like boredom and monotony
