One of the Best hotel in pachmadhi . Excellent service, good staff, the owner's a very nice person, Enjoyable stay, very convenient. Delicious & Quality Food. (Gufa restaurant inside) room service available. Rooms have modern interior, bathrooms give pleasant feel. Overall a delightful stay in budget.

Hi, Any early riser ie before 8.00 am should avoid taking this hotel as no service is available from Kitchen not even the Tea. Cable connection not charged hence no TV, wifi connection GOD only knows??? Bad experience, however room size and toilets are good but no support since staff shortage is there. Even your call to reception desk goes unattended in this so called Three Star Hotel. Restaruant items not available as Tandoor was not warm. Think about your basic needs before check in.

The behavior of hotel staff was good to us , room that is provided ourselves was too big , phone was working, AC was working ,24 hours we get hot water on taps, and a small balcony there which was looking preety and usefull for us , i suggest you to make offline booking instead online bookings . The price was also normal price between INR 1500-2500 per Night

This is worst hotel which I came in. They ask me to cancle my booking from #oyo and told us that we will provide everything which was included breakfast but at the day of check out they deny to provide breakfast and tea. The rooms are small dirty and stinky. It's beyond just dirty. Also they have not provide wifi.I rather live in dharmsala or guesthouse than stay in this peice of doodoo of a hotel again. DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL. COS IT IS THE WORST ONE IN THE Pachmari

This is worst place to stay, no matter what deal you get on OYO. I booked standard room from AGODA and this hotel they offered me a very small room with only 6 feet height. The owner looks to be doing some kind of shaddy thing in which on each online booking they will offer very small rooms with 6 feet height only(Oyo website says 172 sq feet room). For changing room they will ask you more money in cash mode only. I have cancelled my booking and booked Indraprastha Hotel which is very good.

Worst Experience Ever in any Hotel I have Stayed , stained linen, non functional AC , Non Cable TV (Only DD Odiya was there and with non functional remote), Dead Room Service Phone , No wifi and room was 3 times costly than rooms in other hotels with much better facilities. Complained 3 times in Oyo and nothing happened so changed the hotel.

I wish i had an option of giving a minus - star to this hotel pandav and pandav in firstly dont dont just dont book this hotel firstly they will talk nicely on call and all details seems fine but when you check in they will denay your booking and make things miserable and tell you to book in highter price personally and they do not take any booking paid from OYO so dont expect and also rubish manager who dont have even sense to talk to customer very ruthless

Worst ROOM service. Insects all over room. TV not working. Bathroom door lock broken. Lift not worked for 3 days so we had doubke trouble. AC not working.

A comfortable experience I would say. Rooms are quite big at a budget price, family and kids friendly area and helpful staff. And our room had a great view of mountains it was refreshing to look out the window

The room was awesome with Jacuzzi and backyard garden... The staff was little helpful but overall experience was gr8... The owner was really nice

Food was excellent & they served Jain food also & Chinese food just WOW. Services in restaurant was very slow need to add little more staff specially in morning breakfast as it is complimentary.

The breakfast and dinner served is excellent in taste and with more variety. Enjoy your sumptuous meals here and rest assured about finding any other hotel. The owner himself is around to look after. The ambience of the rooms is also very nice.

Overall Good Place to stay, specious rooms, good room service and staff behaviour and support was also excellent. Two things to be noted : Hot water facility and Food services (taste wise only) needs to be improved. Will recommend my friends to come here.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Pandav for 2 nights. The hotel is situated at the heart of the market with everything available within walking distance. We got a good deal for the club category room as we visited in the off season (on week days). Staff was polite and provided good service throughout the stay. We are leaving Panchmari with a lot of great memories with family. Note: Wednesday is half day and the tourist spots for which Safari and Guide (compulsory) work till 1 pm. We came to know when we reached Panchmari about this and needed to squeeze in and spend limited time on spots like Dhoopgarh, Bee fall and Rijh cave. So plan accordingly.

It was a pleasant stay in Pachmari. Just room could be cleaner. Worth staying and worth the money. The staff is really polite and we'll behave.

It was nice experience in beautiful place like pachmadhi. Room was clean and nice with warm water to drink... Only that we had to wait for hot water in showers because of the slow heater ... Had to throw at least two buckets of water to get some hot water...else it was good... They have their resturant which closes at 10pm... Overall good.

All staff member are polite and helping . Owner kabra ji is also a nice person and supportive and suggest best tourism point according to time Totally satisfied.

We stayed here for 2 nights from 27 to 28/Dec. Hotel management is good and accommodating. Road side facing rooms are good with full glass frame and offer a good view of Pachmarhi hills. Rooms are also reasonably priced when compared with the other expenses at Pachmarhi.

Affordable, clean and good place to stay during peak times and their service/hospitality is good. Wouldn't recommend to order meals(lunch& dinner) from the hotel because that's not so good.
