Visited 3 times. Excellent eating point when accompanied by friends or family. Very good service and wonderful inside environment. Food is bit priced, but delicious. All the Punjabi and Chinese dishes (I've tasted) are great. The biryani is not authentic and may be tried just to change the palate. Fair variety of drinks and delectable snacks are available before dinner.

My experience is pretty good. But ambience or achi ho sakti hai.

Saw reasonable review of the place on Google and decided to visit. Here is an honest review. The ambience was good but slightly crowded. The waiting staff needs to improve or maybe the management can hire temporary help during peak hours. Otherwise be prepared to draw their attention to your table. The drinks (cocktails) were a bit away from the expected taste - with the typical 'get high quick' feel of so many restaurants! The food was nice-ish though. Overall expect to pay about 2k for drinks and food for two. Expensive by Bathinda standards.. Update: visited it again with someone. The standards have improved somewhat. Worth a visit!

Very nice place for eating food, very nice staff, but wine prices some high.

It was not hygienic. The plate was not clean and some insect was running on a spoon. Earlier I was happy with it. But this time I was highly disappointed. Nonveg items were not good. The bar section is good.

They've managed to strike a balance between quantity and quality which is very hard to do. Ambience could have been better but overall a good experience.

Accommodation is satisfactory as they have space on first floor also. Helpers are also nice, polite. Full care in this pandemic is being observed- sanitizer machine, plates are covered or served after the order. In the meal shahi paneer was too much tasty and Daal Makhni, biryani was not so good. Still enjoyed our new place.

Tasted their Chicken Dum Biryani and Baghdadi chicken Every item was very tasty . #1 Packaging was good too. Spcly biriyani. It was delivered on an earthen matka , completely sealed. #2 Quantity of Biriyani was ok for 1 person ,though I was told it's sufficient for two. Disappointed for that. #3 On time delivery.

Food is good (some items were really great and some were okish), the best thing was their service staff which was very humble and responsive. Atmosphere was also good, the tables were a little too close to other tables I felt.

I love this place. It's a really vibing place. I often go there with my husband. The menu has got perfect dishes with affordable prices. The restaurant is a family restaurant and offers very good service. Staff is very humble and polite. Food is finger licking. I recommend this restaurant.

Starters was good and soup also good. But main course is not good. Mutton pieces is too large and its difficult to take. Fish curry was okay type. Order time 30 minutes.

We went there for lunch and found the place to be too dark. There was hardly any lighting. The food took forever to come even though we had asked him to recommend something that would take lesser time to prepare since we wanted to have quick lunch and go somewhere. The taste and presentation was average. Service was too slow.

Quality and taste degrading day by day. Prices are going up and high. Usually prices go higher with quality and taste, but here this funda is not working. Platters : taste awkward, no crisp, not yummy Dal Makhni :: taste sweet , Punjabis don't like sweet Dal Mushroom Masala: just boiled mushroom with gravy without taste Kadhai Paneer : no taste, even Honey Dhaba, Money Dhaba makes better Kadhai Paneer Believe me guys, you have many alternate options in Bathinda city where atmosphere and service is cool, where in similar or less prices, you will get better taste and better quality. You must try Haveli, Moti Mahal, Pizzano, etc for better taste and quality. Even Billing staff in Platters are non supportive, no smile, no greet, no hospitality manners. I have visited 4 times here in Platters for snacks and food with colleagues, family, friends. Every time I expected "Shayad is baar badhiya hoga" and tried some new things, but got nothing good. So my final review is to never visit again. We have many more alternates in Bathinda city. Should ignore this one. So price vs quality and taste, I will give it Zero rating

Food,ambience is good. Staff lacked some flexibility though.gave take out order,then decided to dine in after 2 minutes.but staff refused to make changes in order for dine in.served exactly as ordered in take out.
