If
you
are
impressed
by
so
many
positive
reviews
then
hold
on.
If
you
are
visiting
this
hospital
without
any
health
insurance
then
try
to
avoid
this.
Even
if
you
are
going
with
health
insurance
don't
tell
them
the
full
cover
amount.
Treatment
-
In
terms
of
treatment
,
our
patient
was
in
ICU
and
doctors
were
not
giving
clear
information
at
all.
Once
your
patient
is
in
ICU
then
they
will
do
all
tests
,
but
during
discharge
they
will
not
share
all
reports.You
will
have
to
keep
reminding
them.
For
Blood
and
Urine
reports
they
are
not
even
giving
hard
copies
,
I
mean
after
charging
so
much
they
can't
even
provide
print.
Process
-
I
must
say
government
hospitals
have
a
faster
process
than
this
hospital.
We
requested
for
discharge
at
9AM
in
the
morning.
Doctors
provided
a
discharge
summary
at
3
PM
and
ICU
sent
the
final
bill
at
6
PM.
After
that
it
takes
a
couple
of
hours
for
your
insurance
approval.So
they
took
care
that
our
whole
day
was
wasted
at
the
hospital
and
some
how
we
should
be
in
state
to
spend
one
more
day
in
their
hospital.
Settlement
-
After
taking
6%
as
administration
charges,
Overall
they
will
take
10+
days
to
give
you
your
refund,
which
is
too
long
for
such
big
hospital.
It
indicates
how
much
slow
is
their
process.
Overall
-
I
must
say,
when
you
go
to
any
washroom
,
those
are
not
clean
at
all.
They
have
cafeteria
which
don't
have
anything.
Tea
/
coffee
are
also
from
machine.
They
have
dinner
thali
available,
but
that
is
basically
for
their
staff.
OPD
-
I
have
also
visited
hospital
for
OPD
consultation,
and
to
my
shock
doctor
without
looking
at
reports
suggested
minor
surgery
directly.
Doctor
just
gave
5
minutes
to
patient
and
family
but
Financial
advisor
have
spent
15-20
minutes
explaining
about
cost
and
packages.
