Overly priced. The new guy at reception is good for nothing. I used to visit the spa every week. However he still had the audacity to increase the price. When I booked on phone he never told the price but increased by 700 when I reached. The place is overly priced as compared to service they provide. They greet you and smile when u enter, but once u pay then don’t even look at u. Because of this new guy, they have lost a revenue of 1.2 lakh every year. As I’m not going there again.

This establishment just doesn't seem to be able to hold on to its good employees. First they lose out on Dheeraj, their hairdresser & bring in the utterly incompetent Nikhil in his place. To add to it they have brought a completely useless girl as receptionist in place of the very resourceful Pooja. I don't see them doing too well in the times to come.

The only reason my visits were disgraceful here.. was because i have had a very bad experience.. Ummm.. experienced with couple of visits is the reception desk person ONLY. Very arrogant and the look tht she gives u. Very very very contemptuous. She did helped me a lil bit with something so instead of rating and hating them with 1 star I'll rate them 2. But I will suggest instead reach out other spa in vicinity. There are multiple other spa stations which are really good. Try Ora Reg hardly 100 steps walking from Aura, the arrogant receptionist or owner.

I am just out of a massage session from this place the receptionist is snobbish , she has no formal etiquette’s to greet anyone . They don’t serve tea after the spa session , I had to ask the receptionist she is like we do serve and I am like why do I have to ask then. When shared my inputs about the plight of hot water and no slippers she didn’t even have an apologetic expression , let alone an apology. The masseuses are good though. Work on the management side .

Good service, co-operative staff, nice ambience. There are various spa/massag options to choose. You're asked to fill a form to select spa type, body-parts to cover, any additional service you need opt, etc. But, I'm not sure if the same details are shared with the staff because we explained it again during the service. Overall - good experience !!

It's been 5 years I have been visiting AURA & they have maintained their quality & have grown with branches. I want to recommend AURA Spa treatments especially to workaholic men who tend to forget to take care of their body, they think going to gym solves it but its not the case. Gym is good but at the same time it makes your muscles tight so body & mind relaxation is must & so such scientific Thai Spa. After i take massages from Aura i feel refreshed & at peace,i guess we all long for that feeling. Aura is so good am planning to gift their packages to some of my friends on their weddings & birthdays. Thank you Aura for being so consistent .

They have 2 main assets with them - the hair-dresser who is pretty skilled and Pooja, the customer relationship manager who is very warm, welcoming & accommodating. The tariff is slightly high but the service is good. (P.S.: I know only about the Salon, not about the spa.)

Excellent service, the guy named dhiraj vaidya did a really nice job of hair smoothning. I am very much happy with the results. Ambience is good.i would really suggest people who are willing to do hair treatment should do it from Aura.

I went for haircut and Nikhil did an excellent job, overall a very fresh and new look for me. He gives his time and understands your requirement plus suggest if the haircut you are looking for will suit your face or not. I am happy with the service and surely recommend it.

I'm so happy to know about Aura Thai Spa and Pure Salon. I'm definitely visiting again and again as the service recieved is just amazing. I would recommend to everyone who is in search of relaxation and beautiful ambience.
