Nice experience whenever visited the staff was cooperative...good service

I visited there to buy back... But as the purchase was done some from the other email id, so I opted for exchange... There is an employee named Sucheta she actually helped me in whole process, nice staff, nice ambiance, nice collection, But only buy jewellery if u never wanna sell it in lifetime... Coz Caratlane jewelry doesn't have resale value... I bought a neck piece with ruby and diamond on it in the year of 2019 for 52k and when I wanted to return it they offered me only 25k, so when I went to local gold jewelry store the offered me 14k I was literally shocked😱... That's the reason I opted for exchange. .. And for the exchange 52k ruby neck piece I could only buy jewelry under 25k, so I decided to purchase evil eye neck piece... Still waiting haved received yet.... Placed the order on May 3rd.

Good products but bad service. Staff treats you well only until you order something. When you go back to pickup what you ordered, you are no more a priority. They will keep you waiting while attending to other customers who have come to order. Thats not how customers service should work. Such experience spoils the buying experience.

We recently visited Caratlane and the sales representative was very informative and patient. She quickly understood our requirements and showed us all the possible options that helped us make the right choice. Caratlane is a Tanishq/Tata brand that never disappoints you! They have an amazing collection of gold and diamond jewellery for every occasion, including kids’ jewellery. The Peppa Pig and other cartoon characters based jewellery is especially delightful!

Happy with the purchase at CaratLane, Westend mall. I went twice and both the time my experience was great. Priyanka and Kaushal is very helpful with showing latest designs and understand customer requirements.
