They need a polite staff who knows what they are selling. Customers must come first, sadly this doesn't happen. The showroom is huge and hosts plenty of jewellery to be explored. But all that comes at a cost which is usually higher than the competition

Not at all happy with the services, I went to buy a ring at Karve road store as the size was not available we were asked to give make to order, which we did we got the ring in 1 month i.e 10 May'22 as my spouse for whom we got the ring was not with me I took the deliver on same day we tried and it was loose. We went back to the store within 3 to 4 days and told them the size the took and the fitting is not same the ring is lose. They took the ring and came back and said but the size it was what we gave( They checked the size we didn't give any size) As per policy we went with 7days they should either fix it or return it non of that was done 2nd issue I started the gold scheme at the store on 10th May'22 made first payment, But to my realization I wasn't in the state to make any more payments so when we went to store to show lose ring I told the store person to cancel the plan and I agree to all condition I will buy something in July'22 I don't that the guy understood they tried to cancel my auto debit which was more necessary today it is 6 Jun'22 still neither the scheme or the Auto debit is cancelled. I Had high hopes from Kaylan and I am very disappointed. May be I was not a big customer but sure I was loyal one but not any more. After sale services was a night mare

The shopping experience is good. But the after sales marketing calls even after years is spamming. They need to have a DND if customer does not want to be called until personal visit. It's annoying calls.

Visited to buy ornament for my kid. May be for kids variety or options are less with them. Location is good, parking for four wheeler is available but I felt difficult to park and bring back to main road. Staff is polite. Offered me some additional discount. Overall this shop is like try once, and decide visit again or not. It's individuals opinion.

When asked to the manager about how other jewellery vendors have many.. the answer was we have the most among all the other vendors based out of Pune. They will keep you engaged with their ongoing sale and the monthly packages they have. Even if you don't want to opt for any of the services they'll ask you to wait and check for other options on available stock. Waste of time if you're a genuine buyer. The sales associate was distracted and didn't pay much attention to us. While we were still reviewing one item, the salesperson took the item away and showed it to other customer. Visited karve road branch today for repairs.They don't have 18 carat spares. Forced to purchase 21 carat.

Best jwellery outlet in Pune. You get variety of design and choices out here. The staff very cooperative and helpful. The time taken for billing and closing the purchase could be further optimized.

Making charges Rs. 970/gram which is the highest in Pune. 24 gram bracelet becomes 22.70 gram in span of 5 years usage. Don't know if this way gold lose its weight. Overall only three stars. Almost entire staff is from Kerala so why they discuss with each other in front of customer they use their mother tongue. The karagir who does the work don't understand hindi. The marketing personal was translating in his language what I was asking to do. First of all in Maharashtra everyone should know marathi and they must talk in the local language. 2nd if they don't reduce making charges then they will face reduced customer's in future

They do have more variety an designs of jewellery of South Indian style so basically the shop is for South Indian people. Majority of the staff are South Indian so any local person comes to purchase jewellery so it would be language barrier as they speak hindi and their language. As they have shifted to new location and got the address upon calling them.

I got a msg that making charges starts ₹199/-gram. But practically charges were like 17-21%. Only single chain was there whose making charges were ₹199/- gram. Be cautious... All are feathers of same bird

Waiting period is more for billing as well as to showcase products.Mimium 15 min you have to wait. May be due to diwali. Less variety in Golden rings and bracelets.

Kalyan jewellers is shifted to opposite side of the old One . We thought the jewellery is closed ,after moving few meters towards Deccan side ,we found newly shifted place. Ambience was good , Helpful salesman. Overall nice experience.

Place is good for diamonds but not for South Indian designs . It took 15 mins for someone to attend post I walked in to the showroom probably due to the time I went at around 6 in the evening. Their closing time is around 9 it seems all were in a done for the day mood . Collection too is either limited or the staff was not Interested in the showing them due the end of the day overall when compared to the Kalyan jewellers in Kerala this shop is not even 1 % of what they offere in terms on customer centricity collection and size .

Have a very bad experince. Purchased a heavy weight jewellery..but it broke on wearing for the first time. Want to get excahnge in 1 month..but they refuse. The stuffs were very rude. They even dont repaire it in same day...where as for other renound jeweller we can get it repair in same day. Will never recomand anyone to made purchase as there jewelerry are not durable.
