We wanted to visit Bhutan since 2019 but couldn’t visit due to pandemic restrictions. As soon as bhutan opened this year, we reached out to heavenly bhutan for managing our trip. Our trip manager Rita was very quick in responding to our queries. She planned our itinerary really well. We had a seamless trip with the help of heavenly Bhutan. Our guide Sagar was all along with us during the trip. He is very knowledgeable and shared with us history or story behind each and every place we visited. He took care of the entire trip execution. He was very polite and friendly all throughout our trip and made us feel comfortable and homely during our entire trip. He made us feel secured and safe all the time. Our driver Sivaraj was also very polite and humble and drove the car with utmost care. People of bhutan are very trustworthy and they always stay true to their words. Me and my wife went through Heavenly Bhutan for a week trip.Bhutan was in our bucket list and wanted to cover as many locations we could and heavenly Bhutan helped us with that.The prompt response time and specially curated package for our travel needs by Rita. It was a hassle free experience all things were pre planned (permits,documentation etc).We didn’t need to do anything but to just enjoy our stay and experience there. Sagar our guide helped a lot during our trip.He made sure our needs were met.He shared us all the details of every monument and the smallest of facts about Bhutan.He was extremely helpful and full of life which made our trip more enjoyable. Shivraj, our driver made sure that we had a safe and smooth drive. Overall, thanks to them we had a fabulous and enriching time in Bhutan!

Beautiful Bhutan experience with Heavenly Bhutan! It was our second visit to amazing Bhutan with the same travel agency- Heavenly Bhutan. Obviously it was a wonderful trip. We had a total 10 days stay there.. and everyday was just mesmerizing. We loved the culture, traditions, weather & hospitality. Heavenly Bhutan did their best to make our trip smooth and memorable. We had Mr Ugyen and Mr Chimmi as our guide and driver respectively. Both of them were genuine, helpful & friendly and took good care of us, especially of my two kids🙏. We felt very safe with them. We visited Bhutan last week to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and the trip was nothing short of blissful. They made our anniversary very special for us by arranging a beautiful cake cutting ceremony, followed my lovely dinner. If anything, we'd love to go back to meet them and tour the remaining Bhutan with them. Our week long trip at Bhutan is something to cherish for a life time. Our guide, Mr. Sagar deserves a special mention. Travelling to Bhutan was our dream. It was fulfilled by Heavenly Bhutan. Special thanks to Menuka who planned our entire trip and arranged everything beautifully. She made sure that, we as women travelers travel safely exploring your nation in the best possible way. The tour guide, Dhana and the chauffeur, Tek made sure that our travel experiences were as per expectations. They showed us around patiently and kept us great company. The vehicle provided to us was extremely comfortable and spacious. They both accommodated according to our demands of seeing local places and meeting and interacting with the locals. As we head back to our home country we are filled with a sense of bonding towards this land and all that it offered to us as tourists. We spent 24 days travelling all over Bhutan. Our expectations exceeded more than 100%. We travelled from the west to the most eastern part of the country by car and then we returned by an airplane back to the central part (Bumtang-Jakar) through Paro and continued by car to the southern parts of the country. We visited 13 out of 20 districts (Haa, Paro, Thimpu, Punakha, Wangdiphodrang, Tsirang, Trongsa, Bumthang, Zhemgang, Mongar, Tsirang, Trashi Yangtse) and it was an unforgettable trip. Bhutan is a beautiful mountainous country rich in historical sites (Dzongs, Monasteries), festivals, nature and friendly people. “Heavenly Bhutan” prepared an itinerary according to our wish and it was flexible while travelling, e.g. when we wanted to visit some other places during the daily journey. Our guide was a pleasant companion with a rich knowledge of history and nature, he had excellent organizational skills. Our two drivers were very responsible, they drive very carefully and managed all the obstacles. Druk path trek was very comfortable trek for us, because “Heavenly Bhutan” provided everything necessary for this trip. Thank you “Heavenly Bhutan”! We just completed a 6 day tour of Bhutan. Sonam, our guide, and Namgay, our driver, offered the best hospitality and knowledge we have ever experienced. We got to eat delicious local farm to table food. We were able to hike to a monastery and spend the night with Buddhist monks. Truly a once in a lifetime experience. We happened to be here during National Day as well and our guide Sonam got us in the VIP section to hear the King give a speech. Beautiful country - happiest people in the world - if you travel here you’ll be in great hands with heavenly just make sure to request Sonam and Namgay as your guides!

The team at Heavenly Bhutan went above and beyond to make our trip to Bhutan memorable. Shiva in the office patiently answered my many, many questions. From sample itineraries to facilitating our visas, Heavenly Bhutan communicated clearly and made me feel confident that we were in good hands. Our guide Vishnu and driver Shiva made everything work once we were on the ground. Vishnu is a veritable walking encyclopedia of Bhutanese history and Mahayana Buddhist tradition and I am grateful for all I learned. Driver Shiva handled the sometimes tricky roads calmly and we appreciated his good nature. Working with Heavenly Bhutan was a pleasure and I recommend them without hesitation.

I’m happy to share that this is the most memorable and eye-opening trip so far in my life. I enjoyed the Bhutan journey in a seamless way thanks to all the arrangements made by Heavenly Bhutan team (particularly my great guide Kezang and great driver Mr. Sonam). Although I came to Bhutan as a solo traveller, I viewd Kezang and Mr. Sonam as my brothers and friends who added greatly to my amazing experiences in Bhutan. Kezang and Mr. Sonam are really kind-hearted and professional in helping me get a deep understanding of Bhutanese people, culture and places that I visited, as well as always taking care of me, ensuring that I'm enjoying the trip and helping me take a lot of great pictures too. Visiting Bhutan was a very big pleasant surprise in itself. The seamless arrangements made by Heavenly Bhutan made it even better. The vehicle, Toyota Hiace, was very comfortable and our driver Chheeme was excellent. He made long travel interesting by his occasional jokes. Our guide, Namgay Dorji was very knowledgeable and told us interesting history and stories about the places we visited. All four of us were senior citizens and mainly vegetarian, Namgay understood our requirements very well and ensured that we did not have any problem.

One of the best country we ever visited . Mesmerizing mountains , wonderfully good people across the 10 days trip we encountered . What impressed me most about how people take care of their environment , crystal clear rivers , pristine mountain . We learnt more about Bhudism during this trip . Our guide Bishnu has been brilliant with knowledge about Bhutan and our driver Passang has been very good driver . It has been our most memorable trip and we will certainly come back

Honestly, we have no appropriate words to describe our incredible time in Bhutan. Our plans started 3 years ago when we connected with Shiva and Raju who put together our itinerary. Then Covid hit and we postponed until October 2023. Heavenly Bhutan honoured everything they had committed to 3 years prior even though there were additional costs. We were met with the warmest of smiles by our guide and diver. Our trip started in Thimphu for two days; Punaka for two days and Paro for 3days. Our guide Karma was probably one of the kindest and sweetest person. Nothing was too much for him. His knowledge of the history of Bhutan was remarkable, his passion for explaining the Buddhist religion and everything that went along with it was done with such joy. He was intuitive, generous and simply a pleasure to spend time with. We learned so much about Bhutan and culture of Bhutanese that we will treasure that forever. He also has an amazing voice which we only discovered on our last last day so if are lucky enough to have Karma as your guide, request some songs. Kara is truly a gem. You will love him! Our driver Ram or as they like to be referred to as pilots was certainly the best driver imaginable. He was a breath of fresh air and a ray of sunshine. Always smiling and joking. Besides his excellent driving skills he has a remarkable knowledge of the fauna and flora in Bhutan. He was able to spot a bird and continue to tell us all about it. He also spotted a snow capped peak from the Himalayas that was visible for 30 seconds before being covered by clouds. The Heavenly Bhutan team organized a birthday/anniversary cake for us and surprised us. It was truly something that we will treasure forever. Heavenly Bhutan is by far the best travel agency we have ever used. Every was done so professionally and efficiently. They communicated with us over the 3 years and measured up to their very appropriate name. We left Bhutan feeling like family

One of the best trips I have had in some time now. The stories about each location were unique, and Sajan's understanding of the Bhutanese traditions and his capacity to make it consumable made the trip worth it for us. There was pretty much nothing we had to take care of ourselves other than reaching Bhutan, and everything else after that was smooth sailing, credit to Heavenly Bhutan. A big thanks to Sajan for making this a very exciting and a memorable trip. The standout features of the itinerary for us were: SimplyBhutan Punakha Dzong Punakha Valley Stay(I'd recommend two days stay in Punakha) River rafting in the Pho Chhu river (optional) (a bit expensive but its worth it) Hike to the Tiger's Nest in Paro Paro Town for Shopping Hot Stone bath and the dinner at the Farm house in Paro (Was glad to see the host at the farm house worked for the same company I did in Bangalore - was happy to connect on some inside jokes from there) Planning to visit again with family in a year or two, and I am 100% reaching out to Sajan again! My family and I had a wonderful and memorable journey through Bhutan, with Heavenly Bhutan Travels. Our 8 day trip to Bhutan was very well organised by Heavenly Bhutan. Right from Menuka who helped us with our bookings and permit, to our tour guide Namgay Dorji & our skillful and safe driver Passang Tobgay, the professionalism on their respective jobs were top notch. The stays arranged by Heavenly Bhutan across places were also of great quality - good food, comfortable and spacious rooms at some fine locations with great views! Our guide Namgay was very informative, courteous and hosted us wonderfully throughout our stay providing solid recommendations along the way. Bhutan is a great place to visit. Very scenic and peaceful. Bhutanese make it all the more attractive with their great hospitality. We had a wonderful experience with Heavily Bhutan. Communication prior was very efficient, helpful and very prompt. They helped arrange all our flights for the parts coming in and out of Bhutan. We were greeted at the airport by our guide, Tenzin, who made the trip with his vast knowledge of everything Bhutan and his attention to every detail. My son fell ill on the trip and he was so kind, offering us 24/7 help if needed as well as a place with great soup for lunch to help him feel better. Our driver was equally generous and helpful. The company continued to provide support on the trip including help with a room and checking on our wellness. I highly recommend this company and Tenzin for a guide. You will not regret it!

Had a wonderful trip visiting Bhutan for the first time without excellent guide, Karma and our pilot, Chimi. Karma took great care of us, always attentive, helpful, knowledgeable and willing to stay with us slowpokes on hikes. We saw so much of this beautiful country in 6 days including an amazing hike up to Tigers Nest Monastery. Bhutan is worth seeing in person, its unspoiled beauty, nature and people and amazing.
