I
was
part
of
a
nine
person
group
visiting
from
the
US.
We
were
greeted
at
the
airport
by
HB,
owner
of
Bhutan
Peaceful
Residency
and
Spa
and
Bhutan
Peaceful
Tours
and
Treks.
HB
and
his
team
provided
us
an
incredible
experience,
starting
with
a
short
stay
in
Paro,
then
the
5
day
Dagala
Thousands
Lakes
hike.
HB
provided
exceptional
service
and
support
along
the
whole
trek,
from
full
meals,
hot
tea
and
dessert
each
day
under
tents
with
folding
chairs.
Even
lunches
on
the
trail
included
hot
teas
and
a
small
dessert,
at
14,000
ft
elevation!
The
crew
was
attentive
to
our
every
need,
even
providing
us
with
hot
water
bottles
at
night
to
warm
our
sleeping
bags.
HB
accompanied
us
on
this
entire
5
day
hike
and
then
guided
us
along
a
tour
of
cultural
sites
in
Thimpu.
Even
cold
beer
was
provided.
All
of
this
wonderful
service
was
delivered
with
the
most
polite
and
courteous
attitudes
we
have
ever
experienced
on
such
an
outing.
The
warm
and
caring
nature
of
HB
and
his
entire
team
on
the
hike
and
and
his
staff
at
the
hotel
brought
our
experience
to
a
new
level.
Speaking
of
the
hotel,
we
were
quite
surprised
at
the
modernity
and
cleanliness
of
the
building
and
facilities.
Wet
spas
were
available
as
well
as
full
body
massages,
a
welcome
treat
when
we
returned
from
the
trek.
The
food
was
also
excellent,
and
Mrs
HB
even
went
to
lengths
to
accommodate
a
special
request
for
an
ethnic
meal.
For
the
ladies,
I'd
like
to
mention
that
the
toilet
paper
in
the
hotel
was
of
a
high
quality,
another
surprise.
I
highly
recommend
booking
your
next
visit
to
Bhutan
with
HB
and
his
wonderful
crew.
