I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Nordenma, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I walked through the doors, I was welcomed by the warm and friendly staff, who made me feel right at home. The room was immaculately clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had some of the best nights' sleep during my stay. The hotel's facilities and services were top-notch. The on-site restaurant served delicious cuisine with a diverse menu, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight of my mornings. What truly sets Hotel Nordenma apart, though, is the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable stay. Their genuine care for guests was evident throughout my stay. I can't recommend Hotel Nordenma enough. It's a perfect choice for anyone seeking a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable hotel experience. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Thimphu. The hotel is great! The rooms are big and comfortable. The bed is great. The bathroom is spacious and has hot water. The food in the hotel is very good. And then there is the staff who are exceptional! Rubina is the member that welcomed us and had been here throughout our stay and was so lind and personal and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay here and would come back next time we are in Bhutan!

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Nordenma. The hotel is very nice. Located in a good area. Rooms are quite large and cozy. Rooms, washrooms clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Some places are all about its people. This place is even more than that. A great hotel, very spacious, with very clean and well maintained rooms. And the people working there are all 7 stars. Rubina is a great leader who put together a wonderful team. I tried different type of foods, cocktail from the bar and everything was pure perfection. And the interaction with people working there was on the same level. I was humbled and overwhelmed by the kindness of everyone working there. Couldn't asked for a better experience for my stay in Thimphu. The bhutanese hospitality is at his best in this place. I recommend it to everyone!

I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my entire visit. The hotel is situated on the main road with easy access to many attractions and the city’s vibrant nightlife. The rooms were clean and spacious. And the restaurant served delectable dishes with diverse options to choose from in the breakfast. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. ** Special Mention to Rubina (Front desk manager) & Rinzin a.k.a Six Sense (House Keeping Manager) who went above and beyond to make sure that we had a comfortable stay. They are professional but also very friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way and made a very healing & delicious Honey Ginger tea for my father because he had a cold and cough.

Hotel is good Specially the staff is cooperative and well mannered with smile on their faces. Rubina hotel manger is well qualified and speaks Hindi language good enough. Food was good rooms were clean and tidy.

Great rooms. I am not sure about the price as it was booked through an agent but I was satisfied by the amenities provided in the room. I want satisfied with the food though. The dinner and breakfast needs serious improvement as it doesn't match the hotel amenities.

Had a wonderful stay here!! Though this hotel is rated as 3 star, it's not less than a 5 star. The rooms are very spacious, with comfortable beds. The bathrooms too were very spacious, clean and very well maintained. The hotel's facilities and services were top-notch. The on-site restaurant served delicious cuisine with a diverse menu, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight of my mornings.
