Pandora's box of a cafe hidden between the Clock Tower square and Changlimithang Stadium. It's like the bridge between the two famous landmarks. It's so artistically done... The whole setting; the photo Frames to the arrangement, the choice of paintings and their display... The walls and pillars. The lightings are awesome. The outdoor seating is the icing on the cake. It's such a grate place to hangout, relax and meet great people.

We pop in here for desert after having lunch at nearby restaurant. Though there isn't much choice we picked up some which were just average in taste. The Location of the cafe is great one, one can see clearly from Clock Tower.

Worst coffee in whole of bhutan. I'm clueless about how did it manage such 5star ratings from other customer. We couldnt take a 2nd sip of our coffee. Iced mocha - could a see a layer of water seperately floating on top, n espresso shot n chocolate syrup lost in dilution somewhere. Iced americano - its suppose to hv just water n espresso n ice but they felt free to add enough sugar so that we dont order any cajes to go with it. Stir fry pork - was deep fried n came in a floaty gravy. Once again just not worth eating. Momos - were nice. I would have forgotten the bad food n drink but outright rude n bad service of the staff made me take extra time n write this review. Even though we complained about our coffee they didnt even botherto respond, let alone tryin to fix the drink. I wud have given 0 stars if it was possible.

Thija cafe is just behind the clock tower. You can see the clock tower and have coffee. The other side of the cafe has a view of the stadium. The cafe serves over a very large variety of choice on food and also serves illy coffee. The coffee is average, and expensive compared to other cafe around the place. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Cozy place to hang out. Quite spacious considering the outdoors too. I loved the ambience more than anything. Serene on a weekday. Service was prompt but the americano I ordered was just ok and it was served Luke warm. Bit expensive for a small cup of coffee though. I tried stir fried beef and beef burger but it was only so so. Chicken chilli was good though.

This place is right in front of Clock Tower, Coffee is good and the pizza. Comfortable seating and service is also quite fast. I never tried other food. but savouries and Pizza are always good. Bakery items are quite standard.

Great place to hang out with beautiful interior. Tried their Swiss Hot Chocolate and Opera Chocolate Cake. Both of them were worth every penny. A must going place if you are in Thimphu.

They serve the best burgers and sandwiches in 'Clock Tower' area. 🍔🥪🍟🍕 Bought 'Grilled sandwich with tomato and cheese'🥪 and 'chicken burger with cheese'🍔. Both were delicious 😋👌 The service of Thija is very nice, the workers are well mannered and they speak to their customers in a very nice and proper way.👩‍💼 This was my first time traveling to Bhutan, Thimphu and of course my first visit to Thija. I found Thija while exploring the 'Clock Tower' area. The decorations from the outside was very nice and that's why I decided to enter it. At first I thought it would be like all the average restaurants in Bhutan, But I was wrong. It was great 😊👍 and I recommend all the people who visit 'Clock Tower' area, should give a visit to Thija, and I guess that you guys will like it too. 😊👌💯💯

Grabbed a last chocolate cake piece just before they were shutting down for the night. It's located right next to the famous clock tower om Thimphu.

I was shockingly disappointed on the tuna sandwich and the ceaser salad . Watermelon juice was saver.

All the foods are delicious, especially their pizza and spaghetti. The environment and atmosphere is good plus I like the service given by the servers with big smiley faces.

The food at this restaurant was quite exceptional, especially the pizza and coffee. The waitresses were solid and friendly and all in all a great experience.
